Solid Product with Excellent Customer Service
My cat doesn’t like drinking water from a small plate, and since I occasionally have to travel, I decided to buy this water fountain a few months ago. She absolutely loves it and now drinks water more frequently. I no longer have to worry about her water supply for at least a week!The fountain is quiet and doesnât make any weird noises when the water level is low (which was a problem I had with other products). For this type of water fountain, the motor is usually the weak point – they tend to stop working after a while for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, this happened with every other fountain I bought before :-(.Today, when the motor stopped working on this fountain, I assumed it was the same issue again. I was about to buy a new one when I noticed a sticker on the side reminding me to clean the motor weekly, and there was an email for customer support. I emailed them, not really expecting a reply 🙂 but Bella responded quickly with a video on how to clean the motor, saying it solves 99% of the issues.Honestly, I didnât think it would work, but I gave it a shot anyway. Guess what – it worked perfectly! Iâm really happy and grateful for the help, which is why Iâm writing this review. I usually donât leave reviews on Amazon because Iâm busy, but I think this company deserves more business, so I made the time to post this.

Good cat water fountain
My cats love this water fountain. Easy to fill, clean and also replace the filters. The pump is quiet and can easily be taken apart to clean. The pump is still working after 5 months of use. I do have to take it apart more often since at times it acts like there is no water even though the tank is more than half way full. Once I take it apart and rinse it out, it goes back to working as normal. The fountain had a blue light which was nice as it acted as a little night light. That blue light has stopped working. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and it keeps my cats hydrated. Would have given 5 stars if the light was still working.

Great fountain, cats can’t tip it over!
Leaving a review after buying this fountain a second time! My partner and I have two cats and have tried 5-6 different types of fountains. We bought this the first time after I friend recommended it to us. This is a great looking fountain that is easy to clean – and our cats actually use it!The pump stopped working after a power outage, so I e-mailed the company to ask for help (after ordering another one). They responded very quickly and provided a video to fix common pump issues. They even offered to send a replacement pump for free if I couldn’t fix it. Great customer service!

Best buy for cat health
The perfect purchase. My cat doesnât drink much from her bowl, and the vet said this might lead to kidney issues. This fountain is exactly what we neededâit filters out dust and fur, provides fresh water, has a large tank, built-in lighting, and comes with plenty of spare filters. Now I feel at ease about my catâs health. Drinking from the fountain is more appealing and fun for her than using a bowl, and sheâs also stopped begging for water from the tap. The motor is reliable and quiet.

Fountain delivers it’s function and satisfied me and my cat for its entirety of it being here. Had it for over 8 months as of far and so far no disappointments here’s. Except for one there’s isn’t really much of explanation of the instructions on how to disassembling it. You just have to you with it to experience the skill to clean it fully. Ain’t too hard and everything clicks off and on like Legos so don’t be shy on pulling the pieces. If it’s too hard to remove then don’t remove it. Mainly the shells are self explanatory. Overall. I have no complaints. This is a winner in my books!

Needs to be cleaned more often than expected!
I wanted to wait until I had the item for a few months before I wrote a review. I will say having this fountain is much more convenient than having to fill up a bowl everyday; or worrying about my cat knocking the water out of the bowl and me having a huge mess to clean up.The filters do get build up on them rather frequently though. I have to take it apart and run the filters under hot water to remove the gunk like every other week, which is annoying, especially with only one cat using it. It is quiet when it is clean and the water level is correct. Overall, Iâm happy with the purchase but if I end up needing to buy another fountain, Iâd probably try a different build.

Cats and dogs love it.
This is a great purchase. I have 3 cats and a Yorkie, and this works beautifully for all of them. I really appreciate how clean it keeps the water. The noise level is nearly inaudible. The dual filters are a plus. However, the carbon filter does tend to let cat hair build up on it, which slows the rate of drainage from the top reservoir. I have to remove and rinse off the top filter every week or so. The fountain is easy to clean and assemble. But I wish that the bowl was just a bit more clear. Even with the internal light, itâs sometimes hard to tell what the interior water level is at. Plus, the light in mine is pointing at the back of the bowl. Thatâs not helpful when I need to see the level in n the front of the bowl. I also wish that the spout of the fountain was made of a nicer material. The metal itâs currently made of is pretty cheap. Itâs functional, and I havenât had any problems. But I can foresee problems like rusting happening in the future. Something like a hard acrylic or even glass would probably work better for an environment like the fountain.All in all I would say that this was a purchase that was worth it to me. But there are a few small adjustments that the manufacturer could make to help the fountain work even better.

This is a fantastic water fountain. It is super quiet and extremely easy to clean unlike the other brand that I bought for which I paid over $100. The blue light is very nice as it allows you to easily see the water level. Highly recommended and I would definitely buy another one of these. My only complaint is that the filters need to be replaced quite frequently but they are reasonably priced, so not a major issue.
