Doesnât work
I bought this for my mom because her speech language pathologist said she needed a chin strap after her stroke to stop the mouth breathing/snoring. First off, the packaging for this when it arrives does not say itâs for snoring or anything of the sort. In fact, itâs specifically labeled for âbeautyâ and âliftingâ and âjaw shaping.â Ok whatever as long as itâs a chin strap that will help close her mouth when sheâs sleeping. Nope! I made it as tight as possible without hurting her and she still automatically has her mouth open. It doesnât keep it closed at all. 0/10 recommend.

Causes MORE snoring, definitely not less!
I used this ONE night. While it was on, my snoring was worse than itâs ever been. The red peaks in the picture show snoring time and volume. Once I removed it, I did much better. NOT an option for reducing snoring at all!

Comfortable, not sure why people are complaining!
Iâve tried a few chin straps to help keep my mouth closed while I sleep and this one is by far the most comfortable and easiest to put on! Itâs very adjustable and I got used to it in minutes once it was on! Would recommend!

A little small
I had to modify this- cut the ear holes larger in the back, and cut away some extra Velcro. Strap barely fastens at the top. But after modifications it’s pretty comfortable. I just wish it were an inch longer.

Ear cut-outs are worthless
The ear cut-outs are too small and narrow and pull on your ears. I tried sleeping with my ears not inserted in the cut-outs but I didnât like my ears covered.

Uncomfortable
This was truly the most uncomfortable product that I have tried and when trying to fit the product the Velcro stuck to my hair. My husband had to slowly remove my hair out of the Velcro.

Too tight
Was very disappointed when I received this since it looked like it would work as described and in the picture. This one size does not fit all. Way too tight and wide and sorry I had to return at a cost to me.
