Excellent Pet Carrier & Cushion
I used this carrier for my very large cat on a 2000 mile, 4-day car trip to move across the country. My cat was very comfortable especially due to the thick, soft cushion. One day we didn’t stop soon enough and he peed on the cushion, which absorbed the wetness and kept my car dry and protected the car seats, and it surprisingly kept the odor down as we drove for another 6 hours after that. I washed the cushion in the hotel bathtub and dried it with the hair dryer and it was good as new the next morning for my kitty. I was genuinely surprised how well this worked out. An excellent, sturdy, and comfortable carrier for cats and small dogs.

He decided when he would lay in it!
Arrived when promised. I was so excited about this outdoor carrier/bed for my young adult cat. He loves to look outside but has no desire to walk outdoors on to the deck or patio. I thought itâd be fun to have him sit outside with me and get a taste of nature. He is a bit tall and weighs about 12 pounds. First day it came, it was perfect weather for sitting outdoors. I gathered Roody and put him in the carrier. He made thee biggest fuss. Five minutes outdoors and I couldnât enjoy it at all because he made all the noise in the world and heâs typically quiet. I brought him inside and he ran. I thought, another cat purchase thatâll be returned. Well, this morning, I was looking high and low for him, under every bed, in the bathroom (tub)â¦all of his typical hiding places. I gave up and came to the kitchen and look who I find nestled in his carrier. Look closely, heâs in there.So he likes it; just not outside. The carrier is very sturdy, easy to assemble. A bit heavy when heâs in it so be careful if you want to take it through an airport or on a walk. Otherwise, I am (and Roody is relatively happy) with the purchase.

I bought the large, purple carrier for an upcoming cross-country move, to give Ginger time to get comfortable with it, and to replace her small plastic carrier. Honestly, I could’ve gone with the smaller one; I’m guessing she’s about 8 pounds. She’s got plenty of room to stand up & turn around. Because of its size it is awkward to carry (I’m only 5′), and it will NOT fit under an airplane seat. It came with a bright red cushion. Weird! Someone must’ve been color blind, but at least my carrier will never be mixed up with anyone else’s. The cushion is removable, but its cover is not.It was easy to set up, the instructions are easy to understand if you need them. So far she loves it. (I haven’t zipped her in yet.)It has a padded shoulder strap and adjustable handles.The zippers all seem good, as do the seams. Each of the zippers has a safety clip to keep it closed, so little escape artists can’t wiggle the zipper open with a paw or nose. The mesh windows don’t feel flimsy. Each one rolls up & has loop and toggles to hold them open (like a camping tent).It does not have any kind of safety leash inside to clip to the collar. I figure I’ll loop her leash around the frame.I bought this model specifically because you can use a water bottle. There aren’t many soft carriers that have this option. There’s a wide elastic band that holds the bottle snuggly. However long-term, velcro may be a better idea. Most elastic stretches out over time so well see how long this feature lasts. Also one of the elasticattachment points is in the mesh window seam. As you see in the picture the empty bottle is pulling on the screen which may be a point of tearing in the future.The biggest draw back I see is the lack of a way to securely attach to a car seat belt. Lost a star for that and nearly caused me to send it back. But I couldn’t find a soft carrier that had seatbelt attachments AND a place for a water bottle. I’ll have to jimmie-rig something to secure it in the vehicle.

Purchased a new carrier but instead was given a slightly used one.
I ordered a large purple new carrier and what I received was a slightly used one. I previously ordered a xl large carrier and loved the sturdiness and the comfortable bedding for my cat.The box that contained this purple carrier was run down with mailing labels XD off. When removed the carrier from the worn out box, I noticed it was slightly used and when I lifted the carrier’s bedding it had dirt along with little black fuzzy balls underneath.Obviously someone returned it after using it. The order picker at Amazon saw the condition of the box and instead of pulling and reclassifying as used, they continued to ship it off. I returned for what I paid for a brand new one. Just make sure it’s what you paid. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS THAN WHAT YOU REQUESTED. It may be an inconvenience to ship it back but receiving what you’ve requested is far much better reward than the painsake of having to return it.I give the actual product an overall 5 stars because the bedding won me over along with the roomy carrier. I didn’t want my 1 year old cat crunched down in a carrier but instead provides the space that allows them to stretch and get comfortable during traveling.

Excellent carrier
I am impressed with the quality of this carrier. It is big enough to be comfortable for my cats, This carrier is so sturdy, roomy, and is made of great quality fabric! The top doesnât droop down and my cat can comfortably sit upright in it. She was much more comfortable in this carrier than a typical smaller one.Highly recommended.

Zipper broke on first use and the return window was closed. Expensive mistake buying this.

Best carrier I have bought in years*
There are many features of this carrier that I appreciate.The pillow is higher quality than most pillows or small inserts that go on the bottom of the carriers.The material is strong and Carrier is well-made. Zippers are also strong and the carrier is not to heavy. I will be using this for my 1 20lbs Cat or possibly my 11lbs and 13lbs cats who I believe travel better when their together*I would definitely recommend this carrier*****
