This has been a great kit for the 2 months I’ve been making bread now. Had everything you could possibly need. A lot of other kits don’t have the food scale which I didn’t realize at the time would be so important to the recipe. Sourdough ingredients (as far as I’ve seen) is measured in weight, not volume. Worth every cent

Bad basket, but excellent customer service
Update: Customer Service has been excellent and refunded my purchase. Considering the brush and baskets are natural products and sometimes things happen that are out of our control, I would recommend doing business with Elimax and would consider their products in the future.I found most of the products in this set to be good quality but not the smaller banneton basket and brush. There was a strong manure smell. I rinsed both with soapy water and dried. There was improvement so I put them back in packaging and box for storage after letting dry. Went to use and the basket is growing massive amounts of mold. There is some starting on the brush also. Would not recommend this bundle. Amazon assistant is no help because Iâm just outside the 30 day return window.
