Love this roller, really intense and holding cold for long time. I use it wherever it hurts, and it numbs nicely. Also my Nurse- Aesthetician uses this instead of ice packs now after injections. Unfortunately, a plastic piece from the roller part broke off for unknown reason, I contacted seller and received prompt response and refund,much appreciated. Ordered new one immediately…trcommend item and seller
