No more support than a sock
Iâve had a tendinitis and one ankle and fallen arch in the same foot. I have been going to an orthopedist since the winter and it is much much better. I started with a boot, then a lace up ankle brace then a heavier duty elastic ankle brace was now looking for something, lighter and easier to wear with shoes for the summer.The reviews were pretty good for this, so I thought I would give it a try. But honestly, it is no better than wearing an ankle sock. I cannot give it a review as an ankle brace because I really feel it is not.

UptoFit Copper Ankle Compression Sleeve
I had swelling in my ankle and a podiatrist suggested I try a compression sock. I prefer to have the toes and heel exposed since my feet get too hot in a regular sock. A nurse helped me measure for size and it works perfectly. I wear it part of the day, each day for whatever activities I’m involved in. It is lightweight, slips on easily and stays in place till I remove it.

Though my foot measurement is in the medium range, I ordered large. It’s perfect! Excellent material. Very comfortable so far. First ones I’ve kept after ordering and having to return many others.
