Product Description
Improve Circulation and Energize Legs
True gradient compression socks improve blood flow, and are designed to deliver a controlled amount of pressure, starting at the ankle, and gradually decreasing toward the top of the sock. This promotes better circulation to help control swelling and relieve tired and achy legs.
Comfort Enhanced for All
Core-Spun Compression Support Socks are made of super soft and stretchy yarns that make these socks easier to put on and more comfortable to wear. Comfort top is non-restrictive while staying in place all day. Superior moisture-wicking fibers keep feet cool and dry. A smooth toe and reinforced heel offer additional comforts.
Quality Ensured American Made Product
Therafirm products are made in Hamlet, North Carolina by proud American workers that are skilled in textile manufacturing. Our team puts their heart and soul into each garment and pair of socks. A meticulous process ensures that each item is made to the highest quality standards.

best thing ever for me
even though these are a light compression, they surely do the job. i am amazed, the constant tingling in my legs is gone. and because fo the extra room in the toe, my feet feel better. i am sleeping better at night, as the tingling in my legs is gone and i sleep til morning. they are easy to put on and off. they are so comfortable. i have tried several different compression, stockings, that were too tight of left lines around my legs. But these seems to have every thing going for them. i have just ordered another pair. they are perfect.

Success At Last!
These light compression Corespun knee-high socks are amazing. I have exceptionally high insteps and a progressive condition called chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) which boils down to defective valves, especially in my lower legs and feet that are no longer fully able to pump blood back to my heart for cleansing. So now, at 83, my feet and legs have been swelling and damaging my skin because of the constant rubbing. I wear custom designed orthotic inserts in my shoes that are cushioned and spongy and don’t let my feet slide smoothly into my shoes, so my socks pull back against my sensitive toes and every step increases the misery, not to mention the non-diabetic toe neuropathy that started giving me fits this summer. I noticed many favorable comments about these socks and ordered a pair to try after a long history of very disappointing attempts when I either returned socks right away or kept them and ended up wasting my money. I put these on this morning and was delighted with the design of the toes area, how easy they were to put on, that they don’t slide down from the top even a smidge, and above all the complete comfort! Mediums are just right for me even though my heel-to-knee length is a little longer that most women’s and I weigh only 115 pounds at this point in my life. I did a lot of shopping today at 3 locations and have been on my feet nearly all day. I have just ordered 3 more pairs of these so I never have to wear any other socks. Yes, it’s a large investment, but very well worth it if gentle washing and air drying allow them to last at least a full year. Almost forget to say, my two neuropathy-affected toes have not buzzed me at all since I first put these on! Maybe now this will stop too!

Works with ease.
My mom needed compression socks…a Nurse friend recommended these. My senior mom can put them on alone and likes how much better her legs feel.

Light but sturdy compression — easy to put on and COMFORTABLE!
I bought one pair at the home medical section of a pharmacy and really liked the socks (bought a tan pair). I have ordered one more tan and 3 more white from Amazon because I liked them and they weren’t so hard to put on. I wear them to go shopping and for long days away from home where I might have to do a lot of sitting or walking. They help my ankles not to swell so much due my low pulse rate. They can be washed in a washing machine in warm or cold water and I put them in a mesh wash bag so I won’t forget to NOT PUT THEM IN THE DRYER. Then I just hang them on a plastic hanger to dry – they are practically dry after taking out of the washer as I put the load on HIGH speed extra spin after running the wash cycle (I use Permanent Press in an LG front load washer). The are comfortable and you don’t even notice you are wearing them. They have about a 2 inch long toe area – no squeezing or tightness – not a compression area. I buy the Therafirm Core-SpunTherafirm LIGHT Medical Compression Socks – Knee High Sock (White, XL 10-15mmHg). I wear size 13 medium Women’s shoes.

This is my third order of the core-spun compression support socks in the last three months
I wear these compression socks to help the blood circulation in my legs. My cardiac doctor recommended them since I had two cardiac stents implanted last year. They work fine but have one manufacturing flaw:THE SOCKS NEED BETTER REINFORCEMENT OVER THE HEEL the socks tear apart at this stretch point, especially after one or two washings, and cannot be worn again.I plan to change to a different manufacturer, if this flaw persists with this third order.
