Great poles for hiking
I like these poles as they fold up very small, are light weight, are easy to assemble, and they are very sturdy. I like them so much that I bought a second set of poles for my wife. I did lose one of my tips and am still trying to figure out how to get a replacement.

Good for an added twist to walking and/or hiking
Good for walking and balance. Easy to adjust their height, are lightweight and easy to use provided links and videos. Good to help with walking and improving balance. Videos of proper technique help you adjust to coordinating your arms with your feet to walk smoothly on different surfaces, including uphills and downslopes. Great exercise for your arms too. These are foldable and packable for travel, but may need to be checked in luggage for flights since they have sharp tips under their various choices of protective rubber tips for different surfaces. Good price for a good set to learn and use whether in the neighborhood or for hiking the trails.

Have only used once but worked well (thus far). Easy to assemble. Handle straps adjustable. Pole height adjustable (easy). Only potential problem I can see is they seem like they might be a bit flimsy & hope they don’t bend. ….But so far so good. I like that they have a short length option. Have a velcro strap on pole to secure when folded and can fold small enough to fit in a carry on or backpack.
