It Was Worth It! Great Soothing, Not Just for Neck
Purchased only five months ago, but this wrap has become an integral part of my days. I sincerely love it. After a long day in front of the computer, or staring down at my phone, I put this on my neck, or head, or eyes. During my cycle, I lay it on my chest or belly or feet and take a nap. Stubbed my toes reallly hard, put it on. It heats up nicely and holds its heat, it’s ridiculously soft, snuggly even, it’s nicely weighted, it really blows away all of the other microwavable heating pads I have ever used or wrapped around my neck. It’s the only one I have had that I will reheat 2 or 3 times to keep it going. It’s extra large size is just necessary to treat a nice big area of the body for warmth, and comfort, and pain relief. It also smells like lavender yes, but it is not overpowering, light enough scent. You know, I don’t have a cat anymore or a dog, and this is really good for people who don’t have a pet to snuggle with when they don’t feel well… You can heat it up and snuggle with it like a warm-bodied pet-substitute! Maybe ideal for elderly, those in hospital, care facility, etc. I’m thinking about getting one for several family members who are suffering with aches and pains and I’d highly recommend it. I thought it was indulgently expensive, but five months in, am really delighted it’s here.

Update – Company responded fast and sent a replacement!
UPDATE:Quickly after I posted my last update where the heating pad broke, the company reached out to me, apologized, and sent me a new one. I waited awhile to post an update to see if it would last, so far it is doing well. I am approaching the 4 month mark I another month or so (this is where the last one failed me) so we will see if this lasts longer! I did bring my rating up to 4 stars due to the company’s quick response and resolution. I do appreciate it!—————————I left my old review below as initially I was pretty pleased with this heating pad. It was replacing one that I had for a few years that gave out with age.This one, sadly, after only 4 months of light/moderate use, gave out on me. The sewing came undone and when I took it out of the microwave thousands of beads fell into my hand burning it (nothing too serious, but was like touching a hot pan) and all over the floor. Instead of getting relief for my neck pain, my hand was now hurting and I had to vacuum and sweep the floors to get the beads up (see pic of beads coming out of sewn part and all over my sink).This should have lasted longer than four months. I thought the quality was good, but sadly I was mistaken :(——-Old Review———-As someone who suffers from chronic neck pain, I use a hot of constantly. My old trusty friend finally gave out on me, it’s contents spilled everywhere, and I was forced to find its successor.After doing a bit of researching, I finally settled on the Hungaroo. It came earlier today, and as I write this, I am actually using it as my neck is a bit sore.PROS: the material is very soft and thick. It feels like it will last longer than my previous one, and even at hot temperatures, the thickness of the cloth appears to not feel as hot/burning as my other one did.I love the neck flaps as it helps to provide heat to an area that I need.AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: the beads in the neck flaps seem to settle to the bottom very easily. More chambers at different heights would keep the heads up more, targeting more of the neck.The scent isn’t overpowering (which I appreciate) but it could be a touch more. It smells nice coming out of the microwave, but it is Barry noticeable when the wrap is on.Perhaps shoulder flaps coming down from the pad could be added in later models to also provide more heat to shoulder area on back.Finally, which I know is an issue with all of these pads and many factors play into it, but the “good heat” only seems to have a potency of about 10 mins. I wish it would last a bit longer.OVERALL: Overall, I do like this hot pad, I would love to see the improvements suggested in later versions. The pad is of high quality, gives good heat, and has the neck flaps which I appreciate!

Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas and am pretty happy with my choice! The fabric is soft and it has a good weight to it. The heating instructions are pretty specific compared to other microwave packs I’ve owned (1m30s intervals only), and I find it doesn’t get as hot as we personally would like sometimes in the 4 minutes ‘max’ heating time recommended (but that could well be bc of our microwave). The seams down the back are a great addition to ensure the heated bits inside stay evenly distributed rather than falling to the bottom – I just wish these seams were also on the collar as it doesn’t really stand up by itself.TLDR: it’s a good heat pack and I would likely buy from this brand again in the future!

Au regard des commentaires j’avais hésité mais je ne regrette vraiment pas. Article vraiment très bien.Il faut bien le plier pour qu’il puisse tourner dans le micro-ondes mais après qu’on est bien ! 1mn50 puissance 800 est impeccable pour moi !C’est un peu lourd mais ça permet de laisser tomber les épaules donc de les relâcher. Ça tire les trapèzesOn oublie vite. De toute façon il faut forcément la quantité vu que ça couvre bien les épaules et remonte sur la nuque.Bref, super pour capsulite, trapèzes et cervicales.
