Was looking for a creatine option that didn’t involve drinking sand. These are great! Taste really good and have a nice chew to them. These are more like a treat to help kill that sweet craving as well!!

But for most, you would be better off just buying creatine powder, pills, or a pre-workout.Pros.I like that it comes in 2.5g per gummy so you can lower your rest day dosage if you prefer.Taste is not bad at all. Not particularly amazing, but better than expected.Cons.Has a lot of filler ingredients, that I think are generally pointless in a mainly creatine supplement.Price. At $20 for 5g x(30 servings) it is about 2x as expensive as even the more pricey regular creatine/gram on amazon.Due to being a gummy, has carbs and sugar. If that matters to you.

Strange taste that is nice
These creatine bites are so much easier to take daily than dealing with powder supplements that you have to mix with liquids. I only buy creatine in gummy form now since I can easily carry them in my gym bag. These gummies don’t stick to your teeth much which is nice. At first bite, it has a bit of waxy texture and also waxy flavor so I thought I wouldn’t like them, but strangely the strawberry taste that lingers in your mouth is quite nice. I do wish it was sugar-free, but I won’t knock any stars down for that since it’s clearly represented as low sugar product on the listing.

Great strawberry flavor and easy alternative to taking the traditional powder. Convenient when on a busy schedule. Excellent way to provide muscle recovery.

I decided to discard it.
After a close inspection, I had serious doubts about their quality and the accuracy of the information provided by the manufacturer. Despite claiming to be 100% natural (per it’s label), the gummies had a distinct chemical smell. I’m not if it’s from whatever materials used to make the bottle but it seems to come from the very gummies. The label lacked specific information about ingredients e.g. the source of any natural colors or the type of gelatin used for the gummy texture. I also wasn’t aware that the product was made in China.I decided to err on the side of caution and discarded the product.

I’ve tried another brand of creatine gummies, and compared to those, these tastes great! However, like the other gummies I’ve tried, which are about the same size as normal gummy bears, I just don’t see how there can possibly be 5 grams of creatine in 2 bears. Also, the other gummies I tried clearly had a gritty chew to it, indicating that there’s creatine powder in it. In this one, it’s completely smooth and tastes just like normal gummy bears.With the other bears, creatine is the only thing in it. This one has Taurine, black pepper extract, and vitamins b6 and b12. Not really sure if that’s a plus or minus, but if you wanted to take more because you think there’s no way there’s 5 grams of creatine in 2 bears, you have to keep in mind that you’d also be consuming more of the other supplements.Also, on the product listing, there’s a “GMP” logo, but on the bottle itself, the logo is not there. There is also a lack of anything indicating 3rd party testing on the bottle. There *is*, however, a logo on it (the one with the checkbox) that says “THC Free”.. uh.. why would creatine gummies have THC in them? It feels like they’re just randomly slapping logos onto the packaging.Anyway, I don’t have the ability to test the contents myself, so I can’t really confirm my suspicions, but this product doesn’t really inspire a lot of confidence.

Taste is Good
I found the taste of these good but they do stick a bit to the teeth. I have no experience using creatine prior to this in any supplement but I do take other gummy vitamins and this is one of the better tasting ones. I have taken these daily and they are easy to take as part of a morning ritual.

I just began taking this so too to evaluate effectiveness. This is my first gummy victims and this thing is very sweet a bit too much for my liking. I do hope it does what it’s supposed to. No issues so far. I take 2 gummy daily as recommended. 3 stars because I can’t rate yet for effectiveness
