I LOVE this product!!
I recently repurchased this after moving into college and I have been getting so many compliments about the smell of the room. It is a light but elegant vanilla scent that diffuses to even large rooms. The reeds do tend to collect dust easily, but flipping them regularly solves the problem. The reeds are durable and don’t bend/snap easily and the size of the container is perfect for 1-2 reeds to last about 3-4 months. If you want a stronger fragrance or want to fill the smell throughout a bigger area, you should expect to be buying this product often to refill it. I do wish this brand would sell basic refills for a reduced price, as it does go through the fragrance fairly quickly if you have more than 2 reeds in it.One thing I would highly recommend to customers buying this for their first time- start with one reed, give it 2 days, and then determine if you need more. This product smells amazing, but if you have a small room and put all 5 reeds in, your entire house will smell of strong vanilla and you will run out of fragrance in a week or two (assuming you have relatively high air circulation in the room, allowing air to move through the reeds consistently).

Definitely recommend – doesn’t last as long as other disfussers
The vanilla one smells great – I have it at my entryway. I’ve notice that after a month, the fragrance is about half gone even though I never invert the reeds. Will purchase again.

AVOID if you have fragrance sensitivity!
I am allergic to all fragrances EXCEPT for natural essential oils. I have been making my own lime, basil, mandarin orange mix for my diffusers to try to create the scent of the AMAZING Jo Malone I smelled at a hotel, but I wanted to give this one a try to see if it would be more similar to the Jo Malone. It does not remotely smell like basil, lime, mandarin orange but definitely smells like a wicked strong perfume. It was so strong I had to put it in my backyard until I could dispose of it and then even my backyard smelled of artificial fragrance. When I finally disposed of it, I made the critical error of grabbing the reeds out with my bare fingers (so I could pour the liquid into a sealed container to toss) and then I was itchy for the rest of the day (my typical allergic reaction to fragrances) It isn’t that the smell is bad, per se, its just it does not smell like it should if you are looking for authentic essential oils scents.

Had to get rid of this, the smell was so strong it made my eyes swell. Also the smell was awful!!

This product smells like cheap perfume. It does not smell like Lily of the Valley at all. Very disappointed.
