Worst ever!!!
If 0 was an option i would rank it that. The pillow was terrible. I got this for a Christmas gift and could not even give it to my brothers girl friend . The pillow was so dark the picture was not able to see. The sequences donât go down all the way. The back of the pillow has dark stains. I messages maker of pillow and no response. Worst product i have ever submitted. However someone has contacted me to get a new pillow so i am hoping that this one turns out better

Good for gifts
I absolutely love this, I have got a picture of one of my friends father who had pass away one this pillow case and is giving it to her for her graduation!! â¤ï¸ The size is good, the appearance is clear like I can actually see his face, and it is very soft !

Faded picture
I have purchased a similar product. This one did not come with a pillow. The other one did and the picture quality was similar to the one I sent. With this case I was expecting a better printed picture. The one I got was dull and faded. Was disappointed because it was a super cute picture, but did not turn out cute at all because of the quality. The rest of the pillow case was good quality. Cool idea. Just really disappointed in the picture.

Great gift for the price point
I ordered this as a present for my SIL, and after reading the reviews, was skeptical. But I was happily surprised with how the image came out and the overall quality of the product for the price point. I gave it 4 stars because of a few blemishes on the image and some of the sequins are loose, but itâs a solid 4.5/5.Very happy with the purchase and will buy another.

Perfect Gift
I took the photo that was provided to me from a friend’s engagement party invitation. It was a cute photo of the engaged couple in a tropical setting.The photo that came on the pillow case was very clear and of excellent quality. I bought a pillow filling for the case and gave it to the bride to be at her party. This was a group of very wealthy people and my pillow was by far the least expensive gift and yet it was the hit of the party!Perfect for so many gift-giving occasions. Lots of fun!

Falling apart straight out of the package!
I just received my personalized pillow today. I took it out of the package and it has pieces falling off leaving spots missing and the picture doesnât look good at all!!! This was a special Christmas present for my parents that is now useless. I canât return it because it was personalized so it was a huge waste of money and I have to rush to find something else for them. Do not buy this pillow case unless you want to throw away your money!Update:I reached out to the seller requesting a refund and sent them the pictures. They quickly messaged back and gave a full refund including shipping. So although Iâm not happy with the quality of the item, their customer service is quick and fair so Iâm adjusting my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

UPDATED – Disappointed, not giftable
I bought this to give as a gift, but I am unwilling to gift it due to the quality. The photo is great, but only about half of the sequins flip over so the entire idea of the pillow is shot.UPDATE: I fell ill shortly after this review and was unable to contact the seller in a timely fashion because of that. The seller has since reached out to me and promptly refunded the cost without me even requesting it. I think that’s pretty darn amazing and have updated my rating to 5 stars because of that. While the product I received was not acceptable, their customer service certainly made up for it and I don’t wish to bring down their rating. It’s too late now to order for the birthday gift, but I will likely come back and order one for Christmas with the refunded $$.
