Super Convenient and Easy to Use
This little pump is great! I have an earlier version of this, but I bought this one because it has a tire pressure gauge. It comes with instructions, but the controls are intuitive enough that you don’t need them. Just set the tire pressure with the +/- buttons, stick it on the valve, press the top button, and it’ll do the work for you, shutting off when it reaches whatever pressure you set. I used it for a week at home to be sure it was going to work, and now I’m confident enough for it to replace my frame pump. I’ll use this on all my rides for the foreseeable future. The only time I think I would take my frame pump again would be as a backup on a bike tour.

Great little pump, slightly confusing valve
This unit is extremely small, and not too difficult to pack away. I found the pressure setting to be ‘accurate enough’ for getting your tires inflated and back on your way, but can be a little off at higher PSIs.On one charge, I found I was able to get the two tire fills mentioned below, which isn’t far off from what is listed in the chart. I tried a third, and it gave up about half way. USB-C charging is implemented properly with the correct pulldown resistors, and it will even charge with an e-marked (100W or 240W) cable. Some products mess this up, so bravo! It took about two and a half minutes to fill a 700x23c tire from essentially empty all the way up to 120PSI. I measured with my floor pump (which is known to be quite accurate) and found the tire was only up to 105psi. It was far more accurate when filling a 26×2.1″ tire from empty to 45psi, landing right on the money and taking just two minutes. It’s pretty loud and annoying when filling, but not much worse than any other electric pump. The unit is set up for Presta valves out of the box, and just simply presses onto the valve stem. You can change it to Schrader, but personally, I’d just use the included screw-on hose instead. I appreciate how the threads can turn independent of the hose, so you’re not spinning the whole pump. Holding the pump in the right spot to press the valve core isn’t nearly as easy as with Presta. Inversely, if you want to fill a Presta tire with the hose you need an adapter. It’s better than the usual cheap ones, but it’s easier just to hold the pump directly to the stem. I usually carry it set up for Presta, with the hose packed along for Shrader valves.Accessories included are a nicely fitting silicone case, an extra rubber grommet and O-ring, a needle ball inflator, a waterproof bag, and a USB-C to USB-C cable. The waterproof bag feels cheap, but does the business. This is quite expensive for a portable air pump, but I can tell there’s a lot of thought put in. It does what it claims pretty well, and definitely beats a frame pump when you’re already exhausted from riding and fighting a new tube into the wheel. Proper USB-C charging is awesome! The only real complaint I have is wanting better accuracy at high pressures, but that’s also at the very limit of what this pump can do. Everything else is pretty minor. If you don’t mind dropping the cash, it’s a very nice addition to your kit.

    Small but powerful
This bike pump seems too small to be able to pump up a tire but it actually works well. It’s so much easier than getting out the floor pump which is pretty fast but big or the frame-mount short pump that is awkward and takes a long time. This little pump stows in my small under-saddle bag and is always available for a super-fast tire top-off.Most tire filling tends to be just pumping the pressure up a few pounds so even with the small 420mAh battery and short 3-minute pump time it will still go quite a while between recharges. These batteries last longer if they don’t sit below 20% or above 90% charge for long periods of time so I plan to just charge mine up right before I use it to top off my tires and then let it sit at 40%-80% charged most of the time. That’s still more than enough charge to fill an entire tire if I have a flat while riding and I usually carry a battery bank that could recharge the pump from 0% to 100% in just a half hour if I needed more charge. The pump comes encased in a white silicone sleeve. I think it would look better if the silicone sleeve matched the pump but I still appreciate the sleeve. It allows me to just toss the pump in my under-saddle bag without worrying about it getting scratched up. I like using it with the short air hose as it allows my hand holding the pump to be in more comfortable positions. It can be used without the short hose too. It’s very easy to operate. Just long press the top button to turn it on and use the other two buttons to adjust the air pressure you want. It will automatically stop when the correct pressure is reached. It’s just so easy to use and you don’t have to keep your eye glued to a pressure gauge the whole time.Overall this is a wonderful little pump that makes keeping tire pressure up and handling flats and emergencies much easier.

    Great for emergency repairs.
Like most riders, I’ve had tire punctures a few times on long rides. The option in those situations is to learn to change an inner tube or take a long walk back home pushing your bike. Changing the inner tube isn’t really difficult but inflating the tire to 100 PSI with a hand pump takes time and a lot of effort. This little battery operated pump works great. I have two bikes (a trail bike with Shrader valves and a road bike with Presta valves) and I happened to get a similar, but different brand of pump recently. While both pumps can be converted between the two types of valves, I like having the two pumps so I can just keep one with each bike set up for the specific valve and not need to switch. To be honest, this CYCPLUS pump is a little smaller but also seems to be able to inflate more tires on a single charge. I was able to inflate both tires (700X25) from almost completely flat to 100 PSI. While it’s really rare that I have two punctures on the same ride, it has happened and it’s nice that I won’t have to hand pump the second tire.

This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazon’s Vine program; however, this in no way influences my review, all items I request are products that I have a use for or will use and the reviews I then submit are intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers. So I do a lot of triathlons and whilst I can see a definite benefit on training rides with the pump, I think for races I will stick with CO2 cartridges and it’s all down to time. I have over the years gone from 700×23 tyres to 700×25 and more recently have moved to 700×28, As a long in the tooth rider, you come to realise the 70g weight saving only benefits the pros and stop taking some elements so seriously and move to comfort and that the area I am in now.Whilst on a training ride, I won’t mind if it takes 2 minutes to inflate the tyre to the PSI I want (105) but in a race, 2 minutes is a long time when I can take 10 seconds with a CO2 cartridge. The downside is for the rest of the race, I’m running a tyre that is not quite at the pressure I would like but that’s something to look at when summer comes. The pump itself is great. Simple to use and whilst it does come with instructions, it’s instinctive enough to operate without them.Love that it has a battery level indicator but the key thing is how often will it need a charge and how many tyres can it do which at present will leave me carrying both when on a solo ride and relying on others should the battery run out and needing their CO2 cartridges to help out but that’s well worth the challenge. Not an easy one to write about as we are in the winter months now but come summer, the real judgment will happen. I’m sure all will be fine.

After having been disappointed by a few other small-size-high-power pumps, mostly because they failed to fill more than a tire on a single charge (and even that not consistently), I read (on Amazon) the positive reviews for this little one and decided to try my luck one last time. And I’m happy that I did: it’s even smaller and lighter than its counterparts, has a very clear & sharp OLED display, and — most importantly — I had no trouble to fill a couple of almost empty bike tires up to 45 PSI each, and the battery had still plenty of juice for more. The pump did its job fast and auto-stopped when the right preset pressure was reached.Obviously, it is delivered with all relevant accessories to enable filling not only bike tires; a nice textile bag (to keep everything tidy together) is included as well.Besides the fact that it gets quite hot when in use (common issue with ALL pumps I am aware of, cordless or otherwise), there is really nothing I can complain of – praises are due!

The CYCPLUS Tiny Bike Pump is an impressive gadget for cyclists. With a maximum pressure of 120 PSI and an integrated gauge, it ensures quick, accurate inflation. The auto-stop feature adds convenience, preventing over-inflation. Compact and lightweight, it’s a must-have for on-the-go maintenance. Highly recommend for its reliability and ease of use!

This is ridiculously small. It’s around half the size of a packet of 20 cigarettes. It feels solid enough but I just can’t imagine how it produces so much air from such a small device. It’s encapsulated in a silicone cover, which is recommended to keep on (instruction booklet). This is because the pump can get very hot. Other pumps I’ve tried did not warn about the high temps that can be reached but I appreciate that this one does warn you, even resin valves on TPU inner tubes can melt if the extension hose is not used. This is by no means a pump I’d use for regular inflation, but it’s a game changer for a pleasure cyclist like me, who wants to travel light and hopefully won’t get a puncture. It came fully charged, in use it’s quite loud for such a small machine. It does get hot, but that’s just energy transfer and can be expected. At least the manufacturer tells you to expect it, which I admire.
