Best front bike light, the flashing daylight is 200 lumen and it is so small that you can put it in your pocket, and it last 24 hours.

Good compact headlight
Iâm using this light on my road bike as a daytime strobe for better visibility. It works great for this purpose.Size and mounting: super small. I like that is down and out of the way on the front of the bars. The small size makes it very easy to mount on the bars. The rubber strap is secure and the lights doesnât vibrate, make noise, or move during a ride.Battery life: My rides average 2-3 hours and it lasts the whole ride.Output: at 150 lumens I wouldnât use this for mtb or on unlit streets. As a daytime light itâs great.Settings: the different settings are good. I like having variety.Charging: it doesnât take long to charge and I love that itâs usb charging. I do not like that the main lamp blinks as a charge indicator. Itâs annoying and distracting if itâs connected to a computer or at your desk.Overall I love this light even with the annoying blinking charge indicator. For the price and itâs size it was better than any other usb charging option.

Very Nice Front Safety Light
I have been using this now for about 6 months and 600 miles on my bike. It has worked very well. Don’t let the small size fool you as it flashes bright and the battery lasts a long time before needing recharging. Mounting is easy and secure. This light is really for safety as in my opinion it is not bright enough for night riding. As a result, I only use it in flashing mode. But I knew that when I bought it. Overall I am very pleased.On my bike control cables were in the way and prevented good forward visibility but that was remedied by 3D printing an auxiliary mount which raised it a little.

Short battery life
Not very bright and not very long battery life.But it is bright enough and battery lasts long enough to get me out of trouble.Tiny, really really tiny and perfect if you’re paranoid about bike weight.So it’s not the best by any single measure but it’s the best compromise.[Edit] Downgraded from 5 to 3 stars because battery life is too short: about 4 hours on the lowest power setting. It’s not clear to me if the battery degraded or it was like this since I bought it. I cannot count on it during my longer rides, so it’s somewhat useless now.

Small light and effective
It’s not as bright as my big light from the same company but it’s great as a light to increase visibility during the day, and not as bulky or heavy. Perfect as a daytime running light.

Nice light at the price. Plenty bright, several modes, long run time, rechargeable, well made. Itâs great as my daytime running light – definitely visible from a mile away for oncoming traffic. I have several lights Iâve used for this purpose, but this is the one Iâd buy again if it fails.

I love the small size and ease of putting on and off next to the stem. Its very bright given the size and the battery life for me has been excellent. I primarily use it for daytime riding in flashing modes.

This makes me very visible on the road to cars and pedestrians while riding (even when it is very bright out). I notice that people yield to my bike more often now. Wouldnât ride without it ever again. Battery charge lasts a week or so which is great. No need to charge before every ride. More of a to-be-seen than a to-see-the-road kind of a light (when used at night). Brilliant light!

Purchased from Amazon.ca. Only other cygolite product I’ve used is the hotrod. (maybe 2 years?)I work as a bicycle courier. I’ve used this maybe 2-3 nights a week. Light duty mostly, as I prefer working in the daylight now. Battery is fairly decent, it’s very very small and light.Mostly use on the flash setting. Only complaint is the button is hard to press. Especially with gloves. Holding time is a tinny long. Annoying since I turn my lights on and off going in and out of businesses.However it’s a cygolite product. Works great, charges well. I foresee it working alongside my hotrod for another 2 years.
