I think he hit perfection with this one. I have made sole and cod filet over the last couple of weeks and man. DELICIOUS. The perfect blend of spices. I added a pinch of butter to the filets and didnât mind a generous shake of the seasoning since it is low in salt. That was it and let them cook. Fantastic results. Nice crust with the butter/seasoning combo. I have the whole line up because of the lower salt content. The Crunchy is a favorite with poultry and I also use a combo of the Spicy blend with mustard coated catfish.5/5Highly recommended!!!

Perfect seasoning for anything!
Recently, I bought four different rubs that can be used for ribs, steaks, chicken, fish or pretty much any meat. I like all of them. But, Dan Os original seasoning was by far the most versitile. First of all, it does not have Salt as the first ingredient. In fact, there is just the right about of sea salt. There is a variety of herbs and spices that are fantastic. I tasted the rub the minute it arrived and I have to say, it is really delicious! Not too salty, not too sweet but it has Citrus peal, cumin, and other spices that will compliment any meat. Skip the SPG and just use Dan Os! It will make a great rub for your barbaques! For Ribs I prefer something a bit sweeter and Dan O’s doesn’t have brown sugar in it. But, if you use a sweet sauce with honey for finishing, I would still rub with Dan O’s! Try it and you will see how good it is.

A friend talked about these and added two different ones to a recent Amazon order. So far Iâve enjoyed the added flavors to several dishes. Iâve used in place of salt and/or pepper. Would buy again.
