Didn’t work for me with 1.5in fade that’s growing out. Tried heat/noheat, doesn’t make a difference and I wore it longer than suggested.Main drawback is it’s uncomfortable, chaffing the ears so I don’t see myself doing this often even if it did work. I rather do the a headband after shower trick.Also for a heat sensitive piece of plastic, it’s way overpriced ($32).

Best one to press your side hair
I’m Asian, and my side hair is always troublesome. I used to go to Korean hair salons and get down perms, which worked well. However, as you may know, those hair salon prices are insane. I did some research and discovered that DASHU Downtech is a big hit in Korea, so I decided to try it to press down my side hair. In conclusion, it worked really well! When you heat the Downtech material, it turns white, and you can apply it to your head to press your side and back hair. I have a big head, but it fit perfectly. For Asians or anyone with unruly side hair, I highly recommend this product. It’s cheaper than going to a hair salon!
