I owned a product like this one that needed replacement. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. This is a sturdy piece to use in the oven and bakes chicken cutlet to perfection. Moist and tender! The dimples on the bottom allow for circulation. I would recommend it. Great addition to your cooking needs.
