If heaven was a cookie…..
I bought 2 of these. One was for me, and my housekeeper. Another was for my friend. Every bite was chewy, moist, a bit crisp, and butter. Yes, the butter in these gems is so rich. My friend absolutely loved every cookie down to the crumbs. Only gripe is a few on top were broken. Considering how far they traveled, and how many times they were handled, if I were a cookie, i’d crumble, too. I’m definitely getting more of these lil bits of cookie bliss in the future. When I ordered this at the beginning of February it said I would receive valentine’s day (PERFECT). Well I received them by the 8th (first time ever I had wished an order had arrived when said rather than EARLY haha) and for the first time ever I had to hide my package for a week. Hahaha These are soft and flavorful and cute in their own little slot wrapped in plastic of 12 cookies per container ( so 24 cookies per 2lb tin). I told him he could reuse the metal tin for his garage but he said nope these are for cookies (we will see what he ends up using it for). Hahaha I will definitely be buying again for more gift buying. Thank you for your baking.

Stale, broken gas station cookies
Many of them were broken upon arrival, and theyâre dry/stale. They say they âdonât use preservativesâ but maybe if they did, it would eliminate most of the problems/complaints⦠I feel kind of bad leaving this review, but even with discount, these things are pricy.
Iâve had gas station cookies that taste better. Theyâre less cloyingly sweet than these, too. The one star was for the tin they came in- I like that.

Not as Fresh as Hoped!
When ordered, I didn’t realize that the cookies came from Kentucky so there was definitely a freshness issue. The cookies were still tasty but just not freshly baked tasty.
Going forward, I will look for a local bakery which provides cookies baked fresh daily.

Tasty cookies, Just don’t expect the delivery people to treat them with care
The cookies are great, but what left a bad taste in my mouth is the way that they arrived. They were all in crumbles, like the delivery people just shook them hard to hear what was inside, or just threw the box around like a football. Who knows. In the picture included, you can see that the seal is still intact. Only one cookie was whole (one on the top, surprisingly!) which is a shame, as I bought them for entertaining. They will have to be mix-ins for ice cream now.
I might suggest to the company that they include some kind of This END UP on the packaging, as well as a snackmosphere buffer, like a round piece of bubble wrap in each compartment between the freshness seal and the cookies. This addition would prevent their product from being assaulted by overworked warehouse and delivery employees.
