The spaghetto is the typical long rod pasta format with a round section. The perfect match for this pasta type is a either cold or warm fresh tomato, vegetable or herb based sauces. It is also Excellent with quickly made sauces, with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili and anchovies. Also superb with fish and shellfish based sauces. Since 1886 we have liked our pasta to be bronze drawn and slowly dried because we like it to fall into the plate full of taste, rough and always “al dente”. Even though our taste has not changed, as we feel the same love for tradition, we have continued to improve our production technologies.Features include: *Pack of five, 16-ounce boxes(total of 80-Ounces) *One pound dry pasta yields 2.6 pounds cooked pasta *Kosher certified *Made in Italy

Only Spaghetti I Buy!
Have bought this multiple times and don’t foresee going back to any other brands! Quality is very consistent and remains high every time. Boiling for the recommended time of 10 minutes produces perfectly al dente noodles every time. Pairs well with a Michaels of Brooklyn tomato sauce, freshly grated parmesan, and turkey meatballs. Pair with a nice Pinot and Whole Foods Garlic Bread for a truly enjoyable dinner.

Much easier to digest than other pastas
This pasta is excellent and it is the only pasta I will eat because it is much easier to digest. It is the only pasta that doesnât make me sick. I think it is because it has less wheat than other brands since wheat is only listed once instead of twice in the ingredient list.

One of the most consistent dry pastas for flavor and texture
I actually really like DeCecco pasta. Itâs made in Italy. Itâs dependably consistent with quality, and al dente has wonderful mouthfeel. You can definitely tell the difference in taste and texture from more pedestrian store and US made dry pasta. If given the choice, I would choose DeCecco.

Holds sauce
The surface is slightly rough to allow sauce to adhere it. Cooks to a nice al dente for a good âchewâ. Worth the little bit extra (not much) that you pay.

worth extra
If you go to the trouble to make a delicious recipe, why spoil it with inferior pasta. Buy this or other made in Italy pasta only.
