Quality import
I’m quite skeptical of most food. Don’t get me wrong, I will eat anything once. Once. After that, if its not quality, I won’t purchase it ever again. So, in my opinion I will say this is probably the best commercially made pasta on the market imported from Italy (of course) at a great price point. This pasta cooks nicely in a pot (add plenty of salt to the water) AND in the oven. The taste is mild, not gritty or gooey. I have tried every one of their different pasta choices and have never had an issue with the flavour of any of them. The only issue for my picky family is the size or texture and believe me they are picky! However, they would eat this brand every week if I let them. Quality ingredients and excellent quality control make this a 5 star pasta. I am lucky enough to be able to buy this locally but it seems to be a better bargain on Amazon. I would say if you’ve never tried this and are looking for a better commercially available pasta, give this a go!

Best pasta
My favorite brand pasta! I stock up when they are on sale. The normal price isnât bad, but thereâs always a grocery store that has them on sale. The quality and taste just doesnât compare to other brands.

Unusual shape for the creative cook
ideal for soup and grilled veggies. Excellent sub for rice or orzo. Texture is shredded like not flat and slippery. Versatile.

Rice Pilaf
I love using this in a basic rice pilaf recipe.1/2 cup filini pasta, browned with a pat of butter. Add 1 cup rice, 3 cups chicken broth. Season to taste. Bring to boil, turn off and sit for about 20 mins. Perfection and the kids love it!

Great pasta for soups!
This is a great pasta. Really thin and short- which makes them great for soups. Reminds me of the pasta you could find in instant lipton chicken soup back in the day. Fast cooking and holds up well.
