Quicker than boiling noodles
You get a fairly good lasagna without having to boil the noodles. I like that they are organic and whole wheat for health reasons. The trick to these if you don’t want to use tons of extra tomato sauce is to add some water into the pan, like a quarter of a cup or so, and keep it covered. One box only gave me one layer with two sheets left over for the traditional long 13×8 inch pan. I would say one box gives four servings. At that, it is pretty expensive. You can’t find this in stores though. It is a good way to use up small bits of leftovers and vegetables you don’t want to otherwise eat.

Noodles worked week for lasagna and lasagna roll ups. I enjoyed them very much. Iâm happy to have found a whole wheat option finally. Harley wouldnât eat today either.
