Tasty flavored pasta
Just gave this pasta a try and it was a great success at home. What sets Pasta Talia apart, in my opinion, is the quality of their pasta. It’s perfectly cooked and has a great texture that holds up well in sauces. Plus, their packaging is convenient and easy to store. Overall, I highly recommend giving Pasta Talia a try if you’re looking for a delicious and tasty pasta brand at a great price. Flavors were superb!

This pasta is made in Mexico but it’s as top notch as Italian pastas. Seven minutes in boiling water and I had perfect al dente spaghetti. There are seven recipe cards included – 3 for the Chorizo flavor, 2 for Chipotle and one each for Jalapeño and Chile Poblano.I prepared the jalapeño flavor using the included recipe card. I did try a piece of spaghetti alone and could taste the jalapeño but it’s not overly spicy. The pasta flavor blended beautifully with the olive oil (didn’t have avocado oil), onion and chorizo. I also think this flavor would work well with marinara sauce.Next up to try will be the Chipotle pasta in a recipe using clams, half & half and mozzarella. I love the blend of Mexican and Italian flavors. I think this beautiful box of pasta would make a nice gift for the wedding shower along with a colander or pasta pot.

Very nice pasta, with a nice mild pepper heat
We are really enjoying this pasta. It is a fairly big supply of pasta, as it comes with four separate packages, which are each 17.63 ounces (500 g), so each is a little over a pound, so this is a hefty box of pasta weighing more than 4 pounds. The presentation is very nice in this box, and I am attaching a photo to show you this, and you can also see around the box some of the seven attractive recipe cards which were included as well. The pasta is bronze die cut, giving it a nice texture. The pasta has a nice chew to it, and the inclusion of spicy peppers makes this pasta different and interesting. I am happy to say that the spiciness is relatively mild, so you appreciate a little spicy heat from the pepper, but it does not ruin the eating experience by being overwhelming. I think it is the inclusion of the pepper that makes the spaghetti strands stick together a bit more than a regular pasta. I think this is a good value for this large box set, and I also think it would make a nice gift, particular the way it is so nicely presented in the packaging. We definitely like it.

High quality pasta, nice peppery flavors, perfect addition to a gift basket
Our whole family loves pasta. It’s one of our go to meals and something that we can all normally agree on. Non traditional pastas are usually a hit for me and my husband but the kids are often a different story. I knew they weren’t going to eat anything peppery or spicy but thought it would still be a nice treat for the adults. :)You get four different flavors of spaghetti – jalapeño, chorizo, chile poblano, and chipotle. They are made with 100% durum wheat semolina. The pasta comes neatly packaged in a company branded cardboard box with several colorful recipe cards. Super impressed with the packaging and presentation!We tried the jalapeño pasta with traditional red sauce, homemade turkey meatballs, and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese and it was delicious!!!While you can taste the added peppers, these aren’t mouth scorchingly spicy. I am a spicy food wimp; black pepper can be spicy to me at times. LOL These were pleasant to eat and added just a touch of heat, nothing crazy. Of course, if you want to kick things up, you can always add in your favorite spices or fresh hot peppers.I highly recommend these for a different spin on traditional pasta dishes. This would also make an awesome addition to a gift basket paired with some different sauces!
