This stuff comes in various widths. We keep the 1 and 2 inch on hand. Useful for controlling bleeding, immobilizing fractures and sprains, holding compresses in place. Even used creatively in the workshop.

These were purchased mainly for our “go bags” that our family members (4) all carry in our trunks, all emergency items. We also have them in our medicine cabinets.These are very well packaged and they are just like what you get when you donate blood. For what these are used for, they are perfect and I know that in an emergency situation I can depend on it too do its job, stop bleeding! If anyone wants too do an emergency “go bag” aka backpack, because you never know if yourself, or a stranger possibly in a car wreck needs help. A few items in ours include, Self Adherent Cohesive Wrap Bandages 2 Inches X 5 Yards, mylar blankets, disposable rain ponchos, scissors, bandaids, alcohol pads, flashlights, road light beacon, bottled water, and protein bars. I pray that I or anyone never has too use these, but I also know that I am prepared if ever needed.
