Best knee compression sleeve around
I am recovering from an acute knee injury and this is the best compression sleeve. It fits perfectly, stays up for 8-plus hours, and does not bunch up in the back of the knee. The material is smooth under clothing and its not hot to wear in the summer. This is my go-to support for all-day use.

Sizing way off, loose, no compression
I measured as instructed and my thigh circumference is 16â at 5â above the knee, so a medium should fit per the sizing chart. Instead, it is very loose, doesnât compress at all. Neither the package nor the sleeve indicate the size so it is unclear whether they sent the wrong size. The package at the front, bottom, states it is pink (what I ordered) and same package at the top reads, Colour: Black (it is pink), and Size is left blank. I am returning. Disappointed.

12/2023The above pictures are from 12/03/2023My initial order was a 2x. I did not return as I cut into the elastic to make them looser, and ordered a size 4x.My goodness. These donât fit much better! They are according to the size chart 2 sizes too big, yet around the calf they are just as tight as the size 2x. I cut into these as well, as one would think that the bottom inch size would increase with the 5â above the knee size.I ordered a 4x and probably should have bought the 5x, but thought they certainly would fit as they were 2 sizes too big as it were.The 5â above the knee fits okay, but I am sure the very largest size they have will fit better.The calf, still is an issue as it is very narrow.These run small. Buy them a size larger, and if they donât fit, donât cut into the calf elastic, just send them back.I lost out big time, by cutting into the elastic to see if that would fix it.I would buy again, once the correct size is ordered.Connie11/2023Review stated they ran a little large.These run true to size, snug on me. I measured/ordered a 2xl, but it is tight, so I stretched one of the sleeves to make it a little looser, and it seemed to work fairly well. Still tight, but not cutting off my leg. I use it too to hold the wires in place for my TENS unit, which had to be used the past few days.I ordered 2 but did not receive the 12% discount, thought it would happen in the checkout process. Nice for support. Would order again in larger size, which is not made.UPDATE: I was contacted by customer support who let me know the discount was given. These are nice, but I still need a larger size.I would buy again, once the weight starts coming off. They keep my TENS unit wires in place and away from my knee.

Very lightweight
If you have real knee problems, these are too light and thin. If you just need extra support, they are nice and smooth, and the elastic bands at thigh and calf arenât too tight.

Unfortunately this is not supportive.
I purchased this to help with knee pain. Based on reviews I had high hopes. I will preface this by stating that I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I do leave honest reviews. Sadly, it’s more like a pair of tights with this elastic on the ends. It’s extremely long and the bands are tight on my thigh, looser on my calf and the fabric has no support. I guess it doesn’t work for everyone.

Get a size down for a tighter fit.
It’s a great color, smooth, and thin material. I’m going to order a size down next time. I ordered an XL and I didn’t get the compression I needed. Fit like wearing skinny jeans.Update: All nonsense aside, this sleeve must have some magic or something infused in it because the chronic pain in my knee stops or is more tolerable.I’ve been using it for my right knee and it helps a great deal. I placed it on my left knee which I had a meniscectomy and currently have chronic knee pain, it relieves that discomfort so much. You just don’t know how appreciative I am for this product.P.S. It would be great if the Doctors had any entire compression legging for bilateral knee discomfort, hint hint.

I ordered this knee support and felt it wasnât âstiffâ enough to be supportive of my knee. I was pleasantly surprised as I move much better when wearing this.Donât like how restrictive the ends are as the swelling often cuts into legs at both ends. Without my swelling, it would be perfect.
Love this product. The only thing is that itâs very tough to move the arm up and down – need a bit of muscle strength. But is very sturdy and works well. –
