This is my second order of this clipper. We use the first on our show dogs and have been very happy. Theyare quiet, give a great cut and rechargable is a plus!It may sound strange, but my husband has a beard and has tried multiple clippers to keep it looking nice. All the human ones left much to be desired, so when I thought about it, I decided to order one for him to try. All the others are in the trash now. These clippers work wonderfully and we are both pleased!!!

General grooming
I have two goldendoodles and it was going to be a while before I could get them into see their groomer. I purchased this for quick clean up here and there to make due till their next appointment. Very easy to use. Not loud, love that it is cord less and not having to worry about doing this next to an outlet. Able to groom them outside on the deck. Worked great.

All around great and not just for the price
I bought these because after 4 years of grooming my dog every 8 weeks the groomer told me they would charge me $100+ to shave him because he was matted. I knew he was not matted as I brushed him the same as always. So I hopped on Amazon and bought these for a great deal. I figured even if they got me through one cut it was cheaper than a grooming. Best purchase I’ve made this year! I charged them right away and they went through his freshly washed and brushed hair like butter. I groomed him four times on the same charge. There is definitely a learning curve to doing your own grooming but my puppers doesn’t care and I’m usually the only one that notices. None of the components heat up. The small clippers are great for paws. The nail file works but I’m not great with it. The scissors included are not the best so I use a pair I bought years ago for trimming his face and ears.*My one warning: I banged the hair out after the first use and they would work due to a misalignment. I took the blade off, realigned it and then they worked.These are all around great clippers for the at home do it yourselfer.

disappointed with the nail shaver
I recently purchased the Dog Clippers and Dog Paw Trimmer Kit 2 in 1 Professional Dog Grooming Kit, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the nail shaver component. The clippers worked reasonably well for trimming my dog’s fur, and I appreciated the low noise and cordless design, making it less stressful for my pet. However, the nail shaver broke after just one use, which was a significant letdown. It left me with no choice but to look for an alternative tool to trim my dog’s nails. Overall, the clippers are decent for fur grooming, but the nail shaver’s quality and durability are questionable.

Clippers strong enough for Poodle hair.
It was a pleasure to yse my new clippers to trim my toy poodles hair. Usually it is so difficult that I have to use scissors but, with my new clippers, it’s much easier. The clippers cost much less than the price of sending the dog to the groomer even once.
