Awesome product
This collar works great and the battery life is equally impressive. I had ordered this after a referral from a friend and I have not been disappointed. The quality is great and the fact it is waterproof is a huge plus. I had ordered one for my puppy and needed another one for my bigger dog as he was acting out. I contacted the company and they sent me an additional collar immediately and it arrived a few days later no questions asked. Pairing the additional collar was a breeze and being able to control 2 collars with one remote is also a big plus. The range and customizable options as far as tone volume and sound are impeccable. I will refer anyone whom asks to this product for a cheap and reliable training collar.

Completely transformed my dog for the better + excellent customer service
I have an extremely stubborn, powerful Chesapeake Bay Retriever. The only way to get his energy out is off-leash walks through woods and across fields. A problem started early on with these walks when he would start eating things that he shouldn’t, and which sometimes caused him to become sick. Because he would be several feet away from me when this happened, I was unable to stop him in time. Enter the shock collar. Being able to prompt from distance, he quickly learned that even if I was not right by him, he had to respond, or else.My dog also has a tendency to act aggressive towards other dogs when on leash and when he doesn’t get to “say hi”. He feels the tension in the leash and thinks he has to go into guard mode. Off-leash he’s fine and if the other dog is allowed to say hi he’s fine. But not every dog is permitted to say hi, and this was causing problems because he is powerful. I can manage him, but other members in my family couldn’t. Shock collar to the rescue again. If we saw a dog coming and the leash got tight, we had the remote at the ready to prompt him if his behavior was unacceptable.The great thing is that he’s learned to the point that if the collar is simply around his neck, he knows how to behave. The shock is barely used at all. The ping and vibration are enough to prompt him. Some might say a shock collar is a cruel method of training, but it has made taking my dog outside into public and on walks a joy, when before I dreaded it. And as I said, the shock mode is barely used at all.I’ve been using this product for 18 months and it performs so well. We do not leave home without it. Battery life is excellent. If the remote or collar are a bit low on juice, I can charge them via the USB cord in the car on the way to wherever we’re going. The range is also impressive. My dog will sometimes disappear into the woods chasing deer and I will lose sight of him. If he doesn’t return after a while, I can ping the collar to determine where he is. And this has actually become a useful signal for him to return to my side. He also likes to swim and does so almost daily. The collar is fully waterproof and has remained operational for months, despite being fully submerged almost daily. He is not bothered by the collar when wearing it, and he happily naps with it on. The remote is sturdy and durable, and fits well into your hand and pocket. The lock is very helpful to prevent accidental prompts, but it’s also readily accessible if you need to quickly unlock it. Operation is straightforward and intuitive.What has really impressed me with this product, though, is the customer service. A few months ago I had to order a replacement because I stood on the remote and completely crushed the antenna, drastically reducing the range and reliability of communication to the collar. Completely my fault and I was happy to purchase a replacement. After 3 months, the replacement remote suddenly and completely went dead. After some testing, I discovered that the remote was fine, but the rechargeable LiPo battery had lost its charge. I reached out to customer service on a whim to explain the problem. Without hesitating, they offered some suggestions on how to troubleshoot, but asked for my mailing address at the same time and offered a free replacement remote, which I received less than a week from my initial request. It paired perfectly to the existing collar.A great product backed by great customer service. I highly recommend.

Great training tool
Both of our dogs get a little hyper focused when something gets their attention. This works great to get their attention back on you. Most of the time the sound feature gets them back on track. If not, the vibration does it almost every time. I use the shock only when they get out of bounds of the property. Range is great! Being able to change the light to flashing is awesome when you let them out at night. Much easier to see where they are at. The charge lasts a very long time on both the collars and the remote. I have both the collars on very large dogs. 150 and 110 lbs. I don’t think I could get them onto a dog any bigger than that though. Highly recommended though!!

Great collar for training
I really like these collars. They are super easy to use and switch between functions. We have a 9 year old cocker spaniel who barks at everything and always pulls on his leash while walking. We have started with the noise and vibration features and they are loud enough and vibrate enough to get his attention to stop the negative behavior. We tried the shock on ourselves (weâd never use it on our dog if we werenât willing to try on us first) and it is very effective but not over powerful. We have not had to shock our dog because he typically stops with just the noise alone but definitely stops once weâve switched to vibrate. I like how easily we can switch between the mode and how each mode can be individualize per collar. The control is light weight enough I slip in on my wrist for our walks and itâs not a burden to carry.Definitely recommend for any training/ negative behavior correction needs!
