Great product great value
I am not a professional groomer just someone trying to save money by grooming my own dog. I have the table and the one that came with the table was a joke. I ordered this and boy was it a game changer. It works great and no problems. Would highly recommend this holder.

Sooo easy to use
purchased this along with the SUNCOO 36″ Grooming Table. I set up the table and placed the Haunch Holder on it. I then put my 12 week old Maltese puppy on the table and let him play with the Haunch Holder for a few minutes. Oscar became very comfortable being on the table in just a few short minutes. He just plopped down and played with the Holder. After a few minutes, my wife and I put the holder on him and I gave him a very decent combing. First time I didn’t need my wife to hold him still. Oscar didn’t let out a peep, a whine, or a cry. The holder kept him standing and I could get to all the areas I struggled getting to with my wife holding him before. I only combed him for about 5 min this first time. I didn’t want him to have a bad first experience, so we kept it brief and he did great.I would certainly recomend this product. Easy to use, does what it is advertised to do, seems to be comfortable for the pup. Only one drawback, it does not keep the little guy from turning around, that you have to accomplish by other means, either by holding him still with one hand, or you could possibly use an additional restraint, attaching one end to the neck portion of the holder, and the other end to the arm of the grooming table at a level equal to the pup’s haunches. Oscar wasn’t that figgity, he stood pretty still this first go at it, so using that option remains open at this time. He’s going for his first grooming tomorrow, good bath, detailing those tear stains under his eyes, and a bit of a trim. We’re going to keep him in a puppy cut and looking like a little boy, no bows in his hair lol. We’ll use the table and holder for general maintenence between hair-cuts at the groomer. Maltese need daily brushing to keep the hair from knotting as well as daily tear-stain attention, and a good bath every 2 to 3 weeks.Hope this review was helpful. Peace to you.

I home groom my three dogs. My two Shi Tzu’s wiggle around a lot on the table. I bought this, hoping it would help…and it does. It is easy to adjust. The tightening closures are not too tight. If the dog moves too much, they will loosen…and not choke. It is a very nice addition to my grooming tools.Update: this is actually not a great product, now that I have used it numerous times. Neither of the tightening closures work well. Any movement the dog makes, will loosen them. It actually is a pain to fight this, and the dog at the same time. I suggest you look for a different/better product…as I am.

This has been the only way I can get my dogs nails trimmed. Much easier on me and it seems to settle him down and make it easier on hime as well.

A fantastic product from a great seller.I was having difficulty grooming the underside of my westie who just loves to sit when on the table. This harness allows him the security to feel safe when standing and he seems really comfortable and happy when he’s in it.The postage was very quick and the item is just how described.
