The best
So I bought these because I have a great respect for Dr. Berg and his knowledge and honestly. I think they are well worth the price. As far as the tablet themselves, I don’t think they are too big to swallow, but probably I wouldn’t want one any larger as I have a hard time swallowing large tablets. That being said, you could always cut them in half easy. Even though the size is not too large, they would not be considered “slippery” or easy to “slide” down the throat given the texture of them. Someone wrote that they love the taste and chew on them all throughout the day. I would not say they are delicious by any means, but they are tolerable. Definitely not delicious, but not horrid either, just tolerable is the best word I can think of. So I just suck on one til it is gone, that is how I do it. I have other B complex vitamins so this was an addition to my current routine, so one or two a day is good for me.

This is a hard pill to take. It is recommended that they be chewed and I find the taste awful. All of that being said, they make a difference in how I feel and are the best B12+ supplements I have found. And blood tests prove that my B vitamins are now at a normal level. I will keep using them. Highly recommended.

Great source of B vitamins
This is my go-to source for B vitamins. It works very well. Taste is very tolerable. The tablets are somewhat large. The bottle says to crush them but I swallow them whole. They work just as well.

Benefits are a 5 star!
7 of these bad boys in the morning keep me going all day. The difference in my energy level is through the roof! Unfortunately the taste is so awful. I cannot chew these. I have to grind them and put them in a little water to get them down. They also make me gag just a bit. I’m hoping after a week I’ll get use to the taste. The benefits outway the taste any day. Just a pain in the butt having to grind them every morning. Maybe I’ll try the flakes next order.

Disappointed In thought this was organic, I do not like the taste but customer service is is great
I updated my review based on my interaction with customer service. They are responsive and I appreciated that.I’m not a DR. Berg follower but I have watched several of his videos and find them very helpful. I saw the video on these and wanted to try them and purchased this and the nutritional yeast flakes. I was extremely surprised when they both came in and I realized they weren’t organic, especially since Dr. Berg is big in organic. I have seen other Organic brands at the same price point of $30. I tried to open a return but it wasn’t allowed even tho neither were open. Ended up opening them to give them, it was so awful I spit it out. My other option is grinding it and mix it into something which I haven’t tried yet but feel it would ruin the taste of anything you mixed it into.

Truly seems to be a great product
I started taking this product at the same time that I started taking other vitamins so I cannot see exactly how it is working however, I do feel a lot better and I believe that this is a good product worth buying you chew the tablets they kind a taste like vanilla they kind of stick to your teeth but if you eat them with food that goes away quickly I think you chew them for a better absorption in the gut. Iâm not really sure Iâm pretty sure that this is the bottle that does in fact, say that you should chew the tablets you can take up to seven a day Iâve only been taking three a day, if you are low on this vitamin, you were also low on other B vitamins and possibly vitamin D as well and maybe zinc also so make sure that you are getting a complete panel of blood test not just a standard regular blood test because that wonât always show vitamin deficiencies. I paid a company to send me over to LabCorp to get a 28 panel blood test done and Iâve always got two blood test done every year at the VA clinic and those blood test never showed that I was deficient in vitamins, but is 28 panel that I had done at LabCorp showed my deficiencies and it also showed my testosterone deficiency , so I highly recommend taking vitamins because I believe a lot of people are vitamin deficient and the testing that they do at most doctors office only looks for total vitamins or total testosterone or total thyroid. It does not look for individual levels so it is always best to ask for a complete panel, and itâs always best to ask for a copy of the results and see if they actually broke down each test or if they only took one of each test.

I usually love Dr Berg products, he’s been a lifesaver. However…
These vitamins are disgusting. Taking 7 feels impossible. But I could probably get through it if I felt like it was worth it, but I recently realized its not even close to recommended doses of b vitamins. It doesn’t even make a dent in what we should be taking every day. So, I choke these down and make myself feel sick for what exactly? To get less than 25% of the daily amount of B vitamins I should be getting? I’d rather do the flakes in addition to a methylated b complex with actual amounts of vitamins in it. I wish I could return them or get my money back. ð
