Pretty good clam to put in the spicy ramen noodle
I was looking for something to add to my spicy ramen noodle.Found this one. It’s been pretty good. Tender when cooked.It’s little gritty but kind of expected from clam.

eat carefully
every other bite had shell fragments or sand. even though I soaked and washed them each time more carefully. ended up discarding some. the taste was good although the shells were imbedded in the meat. how do you clean these ?

Smells rotten when rehydrated
Tried to rehydrate and smelled rotten, I also purchased the mussels and it was the same thing. Had to throw away what a waste of money.
