This item works well on my phone, no problems with video it’s pretty clear. The tool on end attached really gets the wax! Love the extra tools that came with it. Would buy this item again. Also it does let you know if yoir getting to close to the ear drum.

Very cheap tip broke off!
Donât waste your money! Save money and buy the expensive one! My daughter complained that it got hot way too quick and when I tried to take off rubber tip to replace it broke! The rest of the ear cleaning kit is nice but the device itself is not good! I donât know if this one was defective or just cheaply made but the tip broke off simply when I tried to change the rubber piece!

We bought this because our son complains of ear issues often. He often develops obstructions of wax in his ears, and the urgent care won’t get rid of them, like they did for my daughter. Now, both of my kids like us to look in their ears to see if there is anything in the way in their ear canals (they both have very sticky ear wax). The camera helps us to see what’s going on, and the kids love to see as well; it was easy to connect and the picture is pretty good! The soft tip covers are great and we’re able to gently scoop/pull anything out of the way (that isn’t too deep), and keep everything sanitary. I wish the kit came with more silicone covers though. Otherwise, a handy tool to have around!
