Best GF bread I’ve ever had!
I can’t thank New Grains enough for producing this bread. Most GF breads taste mealy and/or fall apart This one has a nice texture, and if you keep it refrigerated per their directions, it doesn’t fall apart. Because I’m also allergic to corn, I can’t have most other GF breads or baked goods, because when they take out the wheat, corn is a common substitute. This has no corn in it, and I’m SO glad I found this. Went to England on vacation & after not being able to eat bread there or at home, I did a search on Amazon (I’ve done them in the past, but couldn’t find anything I could have) and found New Grains. I’ve already placed my 2nd order. Their English muffins are terrific too, and both those and the bread are wonderful toasted! I recently ordered their flour tortillas too, so I’m hoping those are just as good. I highly recommend these!

High calorie for little taste
I was trying gluten-free products to ascertain if I had an intolerance for gluten. I tried this bread but waited awhile since I was also eliminating sugar, and this bread has sugar. I froze the bread in the meantime. When I tried the bread, it was very dense, very small slices (about half the size of a normal slice) and very high in calories. It fell apart when I put it in the toaster. It is not quite unpalatable, but close. I only had one slice, and will not eat the rest. It was a waste of money.

to moist.
the bread tasted fine but was a little moist in the middle and thus made it difficult for toasting properly.

OK
This is really good, but falls apart, so I downgraded it to a two star. I can barely get it out of the toaster and forget about a sandwich. Franz makes the best gf bread.

Pretty good bread
This is a super tasty bread. I love that I can actually eat bread again! Its wonderful that it’s egg, dairy, gluten, nut, and corn free! The only downside is that it is an absurd amount of money for a loaf of bread…

A pretty nice bread
With regard to the numerous GF breads available in this area, I found this bread among the best. Others have complained that it fell apart when making a sandwich. ALL Gluten Free bread and pastries crumble because of the lack of gluten. There are two ways to overcome this: 1) toast it to a medium color; 2) microwave it for 25 sec (900 watt oven). I prefer microwaving it and I make fine sandwiches all the time. The only problem I have is using tomatoes which are wet and will practically destroy any bread, so I eat the tomatoes on the side.

terrible gummy
This bread was so moist, it went moldy fast. It was also too dense and gummy tasting.. Never again!! The bread fell apart.

Bread I can eat! Yay!
Finally delicious, healthy bread.Yes it actually tastes like bread, had the same texture as bread, and the slices stayed together, it did not crumble.I tested on a friend and he did not even notice anything different than my great sandwich!Delivered fast and fresh!Thank you!
