I really like this book!
We have ducks so I’m always looking for different ways to use the over abundance of eggs we usually have laying around and I like this book for helping me think outside the box — recipes for drinks, hard boiled egg sauces, and more interesting supper ideas like lentil curry with eggs. Sure, there are recipes for omelettes and other well known preparations like soufflés in here too but they are presented nicely and are actually made to look appealing along side the more adventurous ideas. it’s a nice, pretty book for inspiration from pasta making to pastry making and sometimes that’s what I need most, something that makes a frittata seem glamorous…

Disappointing
This book really disappointed me. The recipes are uninspiring. There is so much more to be done with eggs. There are also many recipes of sweet dishes (cakes, muffins and the like) a d not enough imaginative recipes with fried, boiled, poached etc eggs. You’re better off googling egg recipes!

Il libro è bello, quasi più bello per la grafica piuttosto che per le ricette che ha all’interno.E’ arrivato tutto rovinato. Quindi non lo consiglio.

Great egg cookbook. Has recipes for a range of meals – breakfast, lunch, supper, puddings etc. Very easy to follow and some delicious recipes. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.

I love cooking and I love reading cook books. This IMHO is one of the best, masterfully showing the versatility of this everyday ingredient. The recipes are clearly described and easy to follow. A must for every culinary library.

Writer’s aim was not to show how bright a cook she is, but to make cooking for the reader simple, relaxed, funny.Clear layout and fantastic photography, I’m very happy with this book.
