I ordered this elbow brace at the request of my son, a professional tennis player and coach who spends long hours on the court. He has always been meticulous about protecting his joints, knowing that even a slight injury could disrupt his training or coaching sessions. When he first unboxed the brace, he immediately commented on its textured design, which he found unique and visually appealing.The first day he wore it to practice, he told me it felt lightweight, something he hadn’t expected from a support brace. As he ran drills with his students and demonstrated swing techniques, he noted that the compression around his elbow was just right—not too tight, not too loose. This level of compression gave him the support he needed to relieve some of the strain he’d been feeling in his elbow without making him feel restricted.What surprised him most was the comfort it offered, even during intense training. Supportive and Great Fitting
This 2 pack of elbow sleeves are a great pickup for extra support while lifting or doing other physical activities or sports. The sleeves are woven nicely and have textured material sewn in different patterns to help accommodate arm movement and elbow flexion. There was no discernable smell when opening. The sleeves fit me well. For reference my arm measured 12 1/4 inches, putting me in the medium size range. The sleeve fits snug, providing mild to moderate compression, easy pull on, and bends easily to accommodate full range of motion. I wore while lifting, and had no excess movement of the sleeve or bunched up material while doing biceps curls. I was able to fully extend and compress easily, but with added support. I also did bench and shoulder presses, triceps extensions, and some rows with it on. It stayed in place, kept my elbow a little warm, and did not impede at all. This is going to be great to help me lift while dealing with elbow tendinitis. Would absolutely recommend!

Good compression, not 100% true to size
I like the material and the product in general, but the fit is really tight for a medium, I would recommend sizing up if you are on the larger end of a size. Otherwise it’s a great product.

Did not help at all.
My husband and I both have problems with our right elbow. We wore these to the gym to see if it would help with stabilizing, comfortably while lifting, and pain. For me the compression sleeve was not tight enough and my husband said it actually created more pain for him and he took it off within 10 minutes. We are both pretty average build. They look nice, but I am afraid they just don’t work the way they are described.I received this product through the Amazon Vine program in return for my honest review.
