Great vitamin
Our pediatrician recommended this at 6 months for our breastfed baby. Smells and tastes really funky. We really hyped our baby up and eventually she was excited about taking it. It does also have potential to stain teeth and clothes.Started taking it again at 18 months for low ferritin levels that was causing long term sleeping issues. After a month of giving this to our daughter again she started sleeping through the night for the first time ever, so her levels must already be coming up!

Good quality vitamins, but need to work on packaging
I used this vitamin for all my kids, great efficacy along with good shelf life, but this not very well packaged, should have kept the amber colored product for vitamins with iron to prevent oxidization of the iron.. in addition to that the dropper is not that great, keeps spilling the product, this way i feel alot of vitamin is getting wasted. Along with aweful taste, they need to work on taste,

Iron Deficient Toddler
My son (2 going on 3) has an iron deficiency because he doesnât eat a lot of foods with iron.BUT, that was also due to him initially being low in iron. His appetite was non existent. Since being in these drops that I put in his milk bottle daily, his appetite increased so much that he now also craves foods with iron.I went through so many supplements and stuck with this one. Flavored ones- my son hated. These donât taste great- granted, but I had to do the olâ âLet him cry it out, if he wants his milk heâll drink it eventuallyâ. Took him 2 days to get past the taste. Now regular milk taste funny to him.His test results have improved!

I ahve been using these medicin for my dauther for 2 years now. No side effect but It does have weird taste. It has really strong smell, recommend using some water after it.Pediatrician recommended and doing it job done.

Messy and smells bad
I was able to get my baby to take it the first few times, but after a while she knew it was coming and would fight me to take it because she hated the taste. When she spit it out, or it dripped, it was a dark brown sticky smelly mess that stains unless treated immediately. The health effects might be OK, but the application is difficult.
