Awesome lantern
These are small and lightweight but very bright! I like that it takes 3ea AA batteries and it seems to last quite a long time! Built in hanger handles are very handy as well. Great value overall!

Bright and compact
Shipping was overnight, light is very bright for the size of the lanterns. They came ready to go, with the batteries already installed. You’ll just have to unscrew the bottom to pull out the plastic tab. Pull up on the handles to light up! Inexpensive, fast shipping, easy to use and bright! Great for hurricane season. What can I say but that I’m very satisfied.

Great Camping Light, but delivered with dead batteries
Upon lifting up the handles, that is suppose to turn on the camping light, there was no light produced. Upon replacing the batteries with new batteries, the light worked perfectly, and the light it produces is great!!! I really like the size and light weight of the light, and how compact it is.

ITEM:Etekcity Battery Operated Lamp (2 Pack/Black)PROS:Comes with the batteries already inserted, so you just have to twist the bottom off the battery compartment to remove the little clear tab so they’ll turn on when you lift up the top. You can vary the brightness by lifting it up all the way or just part way. And it has two metal handles, so you can hang them up or carry them. Light is nice & bright. Compact size made them easy to pop in my tote bag, and the way it turns on only by lifting the body of the lanterns up means no accidental button pushes, and it’s not loose, so wouldn’t just slide up & on in my bag.CONS:While you can control the dimness by controlling how much of the light is exposed, in not sure if the LEDs that aren’t exposed are also actually on, though not visible when only partially open. If they are all lighted, it means it won’t necessarily save battery power just by having them partially open.FINAL THOUGHTS:There were several choices with similar camp lanterns, but I chose this one even though the others had more in their sets or a slightly cheaper price with coupon, etc. This one was still a better deal, price-wise, since it came with batteries, was a 2-Pack, and arrived super fast. Sometimes, those factors make it worth paying a few extra pennies. They provided the exact lighting I needed for my project.

Great battery lights
We bought these a few years ago for camping. They worked great for that. Three weeks ago when Helene hit NC and knocked out our power they were extremely valuable. I like the way you can have them open all the way and they are very bright and shut them part of the way and have more subdued light

Awesome for emergencies
I love these. I have one in every room of my house and in my tack room in my horse barn. These are so much better than flashlights. They give way more light and are easy to carry. They set on anything flat. This is a great buy and well worth the money.

Really happy with these lanterns. Great brightnesss and lights up a large room. Awesome price for a 2-Pak with 6 AA batteries icluded. 3 batteries for each one. Great also, becaue they’re battery operated, as USB chargeable ones to me seem rather useless, because if there’s a long power outage, now what? You can easily purchase extra packs of AA batteries, as I did. 3 thumbs up for me LOL!

Buena opción por el precio. Lo único que no tomé en cuenta es que lleva pilas, y creo que serÃa mejor que fuera recargable, por el tema del uno en un campamento.
