Healthy and Delicious: A Great Pasta Alternative
My wife is always looking to make keto meals. If you’re looking for a healthy pasta substitute, this organic edamame spaghetti is awesome! It cooks quickly, has a great texture, and is packed with protein. Plus, it tastes amazing with any sauceâmy wife has been loving it as a guilt-free, nutritious meal!

Love these noodles. Good texture. Mild flavor.
We use these noodles as a substitute for regular wheat pasta but not for everything. For a good, long-simmered red sauce with meat balls, traditional wheat pasta is probably better. We notice that we don’t feel as full for as long after we eat these noodles compared with regular wheat pasta noodles – which is good. We like that they are a plant-based protein because we like to eat a variety of protein sources.

Tasty but sticky pasta
This is a healthy, gluten-free alternative pasta. We liked the taste. It is sticky though.

does not dissolve in water like other gluten free noodles
I found this product at a grocery store, but the store stopped stocking it. I was glad to find it on Amazon. Noodles have high protein per service, is gluten free, and cooks very fast in boiling water. The noodles stay intact and don’t fall apart like other bean type noodles. Texture is not too firm and not squishy. I have to drain the cooked noodles in a colander to remove any excess water. I have also made extra servings and refrigerated the cooked noodles for the next day. The noodles hold up well the next day.

Honesty is important. Good, but not great.
Since nobody on this website wants to be honest, let me leave this here. These noodles are NOT a suitable replacement for wheat flour spaghetti. The flavor is beany. The noodles are slightly rubbery upon chewing. The noodles seem to lack volume and have a slightly coarse texture.I was hopeful this would be a good fit for my pasta dishes since it likely contains little to no glyphosates (a modern problem that I think everybody should get educated on).The people claiming that these noodles taste “just like regular spaghetti” are simply trying to justify their purchase and choice while throwing a blind eye to any gimmick they deem worthy of trying. I would even go so far as to conclude these people are simply tasting the sauce and ignoring the vessel. If that’s your think, go for it.While these noodles aren’t awful, I won’t be substituting with them. Wheat is most popular for a reason. (Just wish wheat didn’t have all the glyphosates…)To put this product into perspective… this is 9x more expensive to buy than regular pasta, and it’s a terrible choice for that price. Had this been more of a reasonable price, I’d consider keeping some in my pantry for quick pasta dishes. Most pasta goes for anywhere between 5c/oz and 8c/oz in typical grocery stores. This costs 48c/oz.These are not bad noodles, but given the price, I can’t recommend.

Expensive but I like these a lot
Good noodles made with good ingredients. They soften nicely and is a good angel hair noodle substitute. That said, good lord is it expensive.

Weird Texture-Tasteless
I was so hopeful with this product, as my hubby has a condition we have to eat anti-inflammatory foods with. It looked great in cooking, and separated well. Unfortunately, it was almost tasteless and a weird texture. I’m normally a VERY adventurous eater, but could not eat this. Hubby gave me the toddler look and shook his head saying “Nope.”.

This red lentil spaghetti was great! You canât tell that itâs not regular pasta. The consistency is no different. I cooked it for the full time specified and it was al dente. I would like to see the percentage of lentils to brown rice flour increase to give it even more benefit over regular pasta.
