Problems with adhesion
When I started using these at night I was able to sleep through the night even with my allergies. Iâve tried a few brands and was really happy with this brand until this particular box. They donât stick very well at all even after making sure my face was clean and dirt/oil free. Iâm hoping this is just a one off and the next purchase will be better.

Wish it was stronger
The adhesive loses it’s strength if you even so lightly touch it when applying. There is a strong metal or plastic piece in the sticker which works to open up your nose once it is applied.I find that I have to place this in a very specific spot on my nose for it to even work, and as I mentioned above, if I don’t place it in the exact spot, well… it’s not sticky anymore.If you place it right 100% of the time, shouldn’t be a problem.I’m not completely sold on this product. So, I am still on the hunt for a good nose strip

Doesn’t work well
They come off in the middle of the night and apparently I snore even when I wear them. I’d return them, but its not an option, which is ridiculous cause they were almost $20 and don’t work

I can def breath better
U gotta make sure your nose is clean and dry before putting it on. If thereâs a trace of lotion, it prolly will come off easily. But as long as you prepare correctly then it sticks very well. Ive worn one all night and the whole next day.
