3x with size 10m feet
I wear a size 10 shoe, and I was able to get the 3x on easily. They helped with my swelling ankles. They did get a little tight around the top, but nothing too crazy. Iâd ordered some in the past and could barely get my toes in, so I am very happy with these.

Great ankle and foot support
I liked the support it gave my sprained ankle. It does run true to size. Be careful not to order to large like I did. I do recommend these.

the fit is not good
With lupus your feet/ankles swell a lot in the hot weather. I used a 20-30 compression in socks and knee highs but often they are too tight on my ankles. I measured BOTH my ankles swollen and they were far under the size of the tops of these. I opened tried one pair.. the foot part was so big it was useless and the compression of the ankle was so small and tight I could barely get it up in less than 4 min I had the circulation cut off … measured my ankles and they were 2 inches less that these were said to vary. they go out and you can have the other pair back !
