Arms are not adjustable – not for overweight people
I got this to help my connective tissues. I measured, and with my shoulder width, I should have fit in the medium. The medium fit my shoulders fine, but the arms are not adjustable and I have some extra weight on me right now. I tried to make it work but it is uncomfortably tight in the arms and I will be returning. Hoping to find a double shoulder brace or I may start taping them.

Difficult to put on
I like that it provides a bit of heat which helps with the pain in my shoulder and it provides a little compression.This is very difficult to put on, especially since my shoulder hurts depending upon the position and strain in certain positions. I needed help to put it on and I am very grateful that I only have one bad shoulder or I wouldn’t be able to use it no matter how much assistance I had.

Not worth it
My boyfriend bought this a large one it’s a pain to put on and take off it cuts the circulation off on biceps doesn’t stay where it is supposed to there for slowly rides up to armpit during some activities causing even more pain and discomfort and poor circulation and rubbing into skin causing burning and irritation as far sleeping don’t think its gonna happen with this one

By far the best shoulder brace I’ve used
I have a genetic disorder that makes my joints dislocate (EDS). I was dealing with a bad shoulder dislocation and this brace saved me. It fits well, it’s breathable, soft, and didn’t tug on other joints or ribs like most shoulder braces do. Once I put it on, instant proper seating of the joint and pain reduction. Keeps everything together (which is quite the task) and helps posture to boot, which for me means less spine and rib pain. I’ve tried a lot of braces throughout my life and this one is easily in my top 5. Bought another for myself, and one for a friend. 5 stars!

Not correct sizing
I ordered 2 different sizes. Neither fit. The size across the shoulders are fine but the tiny arm hole barely made it past my elbow. Very uncomfortable.

Highly recommend
Hubby was having an issue with his shoulder so I got him another brace that crossed his chest. he didn’t like it….didn’t feel comfortable. so I sent that back and got this for him. Wow! He liked it and it felt comfortable for him to wear all day! After wearing it for about a week (especially when he was doing something that he thought might aggravate his shoulder) he’s in pretty good shape and has not need it for a few weeks now. Highly recommend this shoulder brace!!!

It’s snug and feels supportive, I use it during workouts. I may order another one. I have not had issues putting it on and taking it off like some are reporting. I put it on one arm at a time and take it off overhead like taking off a tight t-shirt.
