Excellent support
I use this belt for my back pain helps my posture because sometimes it’s hard to stand up straight.Fits well and comfortable you can wear it under your clothes its pretty lightweight. With the belt I could have gone all day long.

Great device for a bad back
I recently had my back go out and this was a true help. I had never had a back brace before. I ordered the small and it fit perfectly. This is stiff enough to hold you in and support your back but flexible enough that you can move around. It is thin enough that it will fit under clothes with no problem. It also will fit over clothes without bunching up or being bulky. I feel the support that it gave me helped me get back to normal. It has strong velcro closure and will not slip or move.

I don’t know if I got the wrong size but I bought a bigger size just incase based on the measurement chart and nope. It’s way smaller than it says it would fit. Now since I can get anywhere I’m stuck with it.

Ziemlich gut, ich kann es für ein paar Stunden ohne Probleme tragen, auch wenn die GröÃe XL ist ziemlich eng, wenn ich es um meine Taille wickeln. Es bietet auch eine gute Unterstützung für den Rücken. Sogar bei Schmerzen im oberen Rücken hilft sie; ohne sie werden meine Rückenschmerzen viel schlimmer. AuÃerdem besteht er aus robusten, hochwertigen Materialien. Ich trage ihn oft bei der Arbeit, obwohl die Gürtelhöhe unerwartet groà war, weil ich ihn unter meiner Kleidung verstecken konnte, ohne dass es jemand bemerkte.
