What’s to say really? They are fiber bars. They taste like fiber bars!. They are perfectly fine. If you are looking for a way to get 9 grams of fiber in your diet at once, this is a great choice! I take them on the go for a snack. The fiber fills me up and keeps me full longer. Making this purchase online was so helpful. I can’t always find them in the store. We like keeping these around as a treat when weâre craving chocolate. The added fiber is great, and they seem to be less âpotentâ (if you know what I mean) than I remember from years ago when they were all the rage. Very filling and a yummy snack for everyone!

I wondered if these would taste like eating some version of sawdust. NO is the answer to that question. They are really tasty and a pleasure to nibble. No problem with taste appeal. But, if you are prone to âdigestive rumblesâ as in what is delicately called âflatulenceâ I would advise adding them to your daily diet gradually – perhaps a third of a bar each day at first and then 2/3 and then a whole bar. I âm not sure I would risk more than one bar total each day. But, since each person is unique on such matters, you have to experiment. The good news is that they really are tasty so itâs tempting to eat too much at first. Be gradual.
