I got these for my freeze dryer, and they fit perfectly, but they come apart way too easy. I am trying to keep them attached to each other, but the attachment is flimsy. The dishes themselves are sturdy though.

Too tall for freeze dryer
Molds are much too tall for the harvest right small freeze dryer. I tried to freeze dry Louisiana red beans and it smeared beans all over the top of the shelf. Iâm very disappointed. The beans were level with the mold. I purchased them to do raw eggs but itâs not going to work.

Too small for a medium freeze dryer tray
I do not like to waste space on my trays when freeze drying and these silicon cubes would not fill the try without leaving unusable space. I tried them anyway to see if I could create individual servings, but once the food items were fully dried, they did not hold their shape and crumbled when I put them into bags for sealing. The food is not wasted. Once re-hydrated I can portion from the whole, but it was a bit of wasted time to fill individual cups.

Really doesn’t fit……..
Advertised for the medium freeze dryer…….. 3 of the compartments will fit as it…….. with a nice fit length wise……… These are a bit deep for the freeze dryer as well. The fit is not as expected. Haven’t fully tried.
