No hurry -No worry
compact. can use as a straw. gravity feed works well. This is not a fast filter but it got me along my ride. Gravity is best set up. Have some clips so you can set it up & let it do it’s thing.

everything is fine but water flows extremely slowly through this filter
I have two such filters, through both the water simply drips and collecting a couple of liters of water with them is very difficult.

We are avid hikers/campers and wanting something we could teach the kids to use in case we ever have an emergency or get separated out in the wild. Simple to use and effective. The kids tried it out on Gatorade. It made for a really fun science experiment too!

I took it out and looked it over. It looks easy to use and clean. I like the silicone ends to fit a number of water bottles.

OK, but missing features
I haven’t used it yet but its definitely not top of line. Took it apart, and there is no O ring where they say it should be. There is no side flush as in the pictures. A little disc came out when I opened the top, It’s there to hold the carbon filter which appears to be like a tea bag. The carbon filter is loose fitting and I would think water can go around it. Also, I do not see where the vendor sells replacement carbon filters. This filter has potential, but appears to have typical Chinese execution.

This is a great filter for $20
I’ve been using this filter for my tap water. The gravity filtration method works the best and it requires very little effort. The only problem I have sometimes is the rubber attachment shifting when it’s connected to a bottle or the squeeze pouch if you aren’t careful, but it’s worth it to have clean water that hasn’t been filtered and bottled with added chemicals. I know I can trust the water I purify myself.
