I love the fact that this is portable, It works absolutely amazing for that time of the month. It takes a while for a full charge, but once it does charge it last for quite some time and it gets very, very warm. Itâs so comfortable to wear that I fell asleep wearing it. Itâs the perfect size

Great comfort with cramps
This is great to use at work where I can’t just sit in one place. I like the fact that I can move around and without having to worry about cord length.But, I don’t like how it shuts off after a short time. I think it’s like 15 minutes and it shuts off. Wish it was longer, or at least had the option to set a timer.

This is a sturdy strap and is such a good value for money l. I even lay the strap on my forehead and the pack hits the back of my neck. Itâs ok for pain relief but I think itâs more for keeping warm and easing inflamed muscles. It gets HOT surprisingly. The auto shut off isnt long enough for me but Iâll wear heating pads all day and slowly cook myself if I could. So easy to use.

Not sure what this is supposed to do. It “heats” but not to the temps on the display, it never got more than just warm. I can only feel the heat with my hand. On my back, wearing the device, can’t feel a thing but the belt and the bulk. Not worth the money at all. It buzzes constantly which is annoying. Tossing it out.

I am a busy mum with a broken back, a lot of pain from prior surgeries and I need heat on me at all times or I am going to be feeling a lot of discomfort and pain, but life goes on. This is absolutely ideal you can attach it to you. A charge lasts ages but I might get a second one to use while the other charges. It goes for half an hour then you have to reset. I can use this in the car, in my wheelchair, while cooking and doing for the kids and still have some heat relief without a hot water bottle flopping around. Small but gets properly hot. Over leggings works for me. Massage setting is amazing just so good for pain. Been looking for something like this for years.

Helps me a lot with my endo as using hot water bottles burn me to the point I blister this turns off after 30 minutes and you can turn it back on if you need to.
