Lightweight, provides support, cuts pain
Long ago, when I was a kid, I twisted my ankle. My foot has bothered me my whole life. I wish I had found this Galvaran ankle brace sooner! On just the first day of wearing it, I had no pain in my foot all day, even though I walked around quite a bit. Ordinarily my foot would’ve been throbbing. This ankle brace is lightweight enough to fit under my socks and in any pair of shoes. I measured my ankle where it said, but I was between numbers, so I went up a size. The M fits perfectly. This brace provides the support I need and gets rid of foot pain by lifting the foot up so that I am not walking with a flat foot. Thank you!

This is not binding like some of the other ankle supports I have purchased. It is very comfortable, easy to use and does what I wanted it to do – prevent my ankle from swelling. Excellent product.

Lightweight and comfortable
I bought this ankle brace to wear with sandals. It’s definitely great for that purpose, although it’s not super supportive. For just a light support it’s fine, but if you need much support it doesn’t help very much.

I started to return this, but . . .
I started to return this because it looked entirely too weak. However, I decided to try it. Itâs prettier to try under flats or sandals. It provides equal ankle support compared to less pretty angle wraps. In fact, you gotta kind of watch it because it cuts off circulation after a while.

Awful
Reordered because I got the wrong size and struggled with it. No difference in the larger size. The inadequate directions which came with it show a puny drawing with the straps coming out 90 degrees from under the arch. They do not do that at all making them do that is largely a futile exercise. They actually attach above the hell in the back . Impossible to wrap especially the shorter one. To tighten it slips from your fingers. I think that there is some video I would be able to watch which I did not because the short strap was so fussy to even hold on to.

Iâve been wearing a black brace for months and with the summer months here, I wanted something that wouldnât stand out, but would provide more support than an ace bandage. This does the trick.Companies should really consider making these in a variety of flesh tones so that all races can wear what would blend well with their natural skin. Not many want a noticeable brace and most are solid black or have stripes. Something unassuming would be wonderfully preferred!

Doesnât provide ankle support
It doesnât get tight enough around my ankle to provide any ankle support. The sleeve even gaps at the top. It is much tighter around my arch which is not where I need it. It would be perfect if it actually did what I needed it to.
