This probiotic was recommended by my doctor. It is based on the nutrients that is found in dirt which our bodies don’t get enough of anymore.

Simply The Best And A Few Suggestions
After being on antibiotics CONSTANTLY as a child and teenager, I suffered a lot of ill-effects and I have been killing candida and healing my gut since the early 90s, off and on. IMO, these are simply the best on the market, and much better than the “regular” Primal Defense. After reading some bad reviews, I wanted to point out a few things others may find helpful. First off, probiotics aren’t magic, and if they are magic to some folks, that’s great!! But let me take this a step further. Mostly everyone that has bowel problems, and allergy problems especially, have leaky gut syndrome. If you are REALLY sensitive to this product, you probably have leaky gut and will never recover if you don’t heal your intenstinal tract. I have found great recovery with a couple of products that some may find helpful: Colostrum LD and MSM (both vendors are here at Amazon). I have been on high doses of both of these and I feel better than I have in years. I used to have severe bloating, extreme fatigue, severe food allergies/sensitivies, extreme chemical sensitivies, carb sensitivity, skin problems, cravings, IBS symptoms, uveitis (corneal inflammation), etc…..but I always tried to do my own research because I knew doctors caused all of this to begin with by keeping me on antibiotics constantly. Please keep in mind that if you have a severe case of leaky gut syndrome, probiotics may not work well for you and you’ll probably never *fully* recover. Also, certain strains of probiotics work better for certain symptoms than others. If I took a certain probiotic for IBS, I would get worse constipation because that strain of probiotic is for people with diarrhea. Lesson learned. Also, if you have candida problems, I find it’s best to start out with Syntol and then go to this brand. Syntol is great and very helpful. But saying all of that to say, this particular probiotic has helped me tremendously and I don’t ever want to be without it. To actually have energy and function like a normal person is great!

Helped me with my IBS and no sugar cravings
I started developing IBS during my doctorate education in computer science and had been suffering from it for 2.5 years. Doctors believed the pain was due to h.pylori and my gastritis problem. I spent so much money and time fixing h.pylori. And it was gone but the pain remained for a long time. It didn’t make sense to me and my doctor. Nothing was working. At one night, while I was having another attack, I decided to rub my belly out of options. It helped miraculously. For the first time in my life, I was able to stop the pain. Immediately went to the doctor after that. And my problem turned out to be IBS. He recommended me taking probiotics, and prescribed anti-depressant and gut movement slower pills, whatever name of it was. I used them a long time but they were barely patching it with all of the other side effects. I slowly stopped taking them, and the pain came back. Later, I switched to taking these probiotics pills every morning, and still taking them. No more IBS pain. It didn’t cure it completely so I have to take these daily but I am okay with that. My life changed. The other most important thing it did to me is to help me stop my sugar cravings. It worked like magic. TBH, I didn’t put any effort to stop it expect for taking these pills. And, I was not expecting any side effect like this. All I wanted is to stop the terrible IBS pain. I was a person who craved for sugar all the time. When I woke up in the morning, the first thing I used to do was taking a piece of chocolate. That is how far my cravings for sweets of mine went. Now I crave for soup, a nice meal, water, fruit, etc. like how an ordinary healthy person should feel like. Probiotics work. And I am taking 3 at a time but 2 works just as good. Now taking 2 pills in the morning with an empty stomach. It has been a long while since the last time I ate a chocolate and it was a tiny piece of a chocolate bar, and I didn’t really enjoy it as much as I used to. I am enjoying my home meals better and now can better focus on my job and doing amazing things at work.

The best probiotic supplement I tried!
A bit expensive but it really did the trick. No digestive issues!

It’s a very good probiotic supplement but packaging is poor.It helped for digestive issues/joint pain but initially gave heartburn.Thanks
