Salted caramel flavor is delicious
I don’t even work out so can’t speak about muscle mass gain. The salted caramel flavor is great! I just blend it with ice and powdered peanut butter and it’s like a milkshake. It is very sweet which is a plus for me.

The BEST âDairy Freeâ quality protein there is
Iâve probably tried over 200 powdered protein mixes over the last 20yrs. Iâm sensitive to dairy and this product works great for me. No issues with bloating/extra water retention or upset stomach. It mixes just fine by itself with water BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying a shake made with: 1 scoop of coconut custard protein powder, Califia Farms Coconut Milk, frozen raspberries and blueberries, then blend and serve. It tastes amazing!

Iâve been using Jay rob vanilla egg white protein for years but itâs just so expensive so I tried this. The bigger carton is a deal so I tried the chocolate one and itâs honestly just as good. It smells like nesquick chocolate milk. Blends perfect with a frother stir thing or shaker bottle. All egg white will foam just have to wait a second. It kinda has a fake sweetener taste but itâs not bad. I canât do whey and have to meet my protein. Best vegan is 1st phorm but I like egg white better for taste. DO ITTT.

Rocky Road flavor
This protein formulation definitely works ðªI can absolutely feel the difference when I’ve taken it during my weightlifting sessions. Interestingly, I also feel like it assisted me with my motivation for getting up for 5:30 AM gym start time.What needs improvement just as others reviewers has said is the amount of foam that it produces during blending or shaking when mixing. It’s not that the foam or froth if you will isn’t edible but it’s certainly not pleasant to consume ðNow to the flavor – Rocky Road is decent ðObviously, it doesn’t put you in the mind of sitting in your local ice cream shop having a scoop or two. But it’s doable as far as protein powders go…as they have come a long way in terms of mouth feel and taste. It does have a slightly salty taste when you first try it but it disappeared for me for subsequent shakes.Lastly, while I did not have ANY noticeable stomach issues bloating, pain etc. taking this protein and that is saying ALOT considering I have food sensitivities to everything except for rocks, sand and dirt ð . But I have to say, my gas was intense!!!! I mean my wife complained and she’s been with me practically throughout my food sensitivity journey ð

I wish Proven Egg made a straight chocolate product. Egg protein is super high quality and a must if you have any stomach issues related to lactose or whey protein. I find the taste of this tolerable but not very good. After two normal shakes with banana, powder and water I’ve moved to mixing it with some other unflavoured egg powder (which is pretty terrible tasting on its own.) and the reduction in sweetness is much better. Next shake I’m going to be doing the same thing and adding cocoa powder which I think might hit the spot. Would be a lot nicer if the powder on its own wasn’t so sweet though. While not perfect I think straight chocolate is the best way to make egg protein taste good.
