This is the third time Iâve bought Laila perfume. Love the sent. This was the first time I could not open itSo I was going to return it and replace, thatâs when I found out you cannot return. I called seller and had to leave a message. We will see if they call back. I then had several other people try to open it. Is there a trick? We looked on YouTube nothing informative. We then ran it under hot water and that did the trick.

Donât understand the hype
Read the reviews on here after seeing some Tik Toks about this perfume and bought it based on that.I donât get it. It legit smells like industrial detergent or air freshener. And itâs very strong, so thereâs no diluting once you spray it on yourself. Obviously, there are people who gravitate toward that kind of scent, but if detergent irritates your senses, you wonât like this perfume.
