Favorite Gluten-Free Fresh Pasta Option
This is the best store-bought gluten-free fresh pasta I’ve tried. The smell can be slightly odd after it’s first boiled (Don’t over boil it!), but the texture and taste is fantastic, gluten-free aside. I can devour it with little more to dress it up than extra virgin olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder and salt. It’s becoming a staple of my regular grocery order.

Wow! Tastful and gluten free
Love spinach pasta, and this tastes better than the shelf variety of pastas. Only 3 minutes to cook, has great pasta texture and tastes delicious. My favorite sauce with it is the refrigerated Isola Basil Tomato Sauce or any home-made sauce you love.

A word of caution: I’ve had overwhelmingly good and overwhelmingly bad experiences with this pasta.The first time I purchased it, I cooked the pasta the very same day. Fantastic. The second time I purchased it, I refrigerated the pasta right away, then cooked it four days later. Be forewarned that this is far too long for this perishable product. My pasta was spoiled and had a strong, foul odor, ruining the entire dish I prepared.I spoke to an Amazon customer service rep, who confidently confirmed for me that this particular product MUST be cooked the very day you purchase it.Delicious pasta, but must be eaten very quickly!!
