I used this mainly to boost my metabolism and give me energy. However, it has also decreased my appetite. I feel so full after eating just a little bit of food and I’m a bigger guy in the 260lb range. It took a while to feel any effects. But this product does work as intended, you might need a little time for your body to feel the effects.

I was tired for the most part. I have been using this for a week and feel the difference. It does make your urine bright yellow. The pills are easy to swallow. I feel great. I don’t really smell anything when opening the bottle.

good vitamins, just overpriced
These used to be 180 count for 26 bucks, but like everything else, you almost have to take what you can get these days. I like these vitamins because they give alil extra boost and I only take 1 a day.No complaints except for the price as its become high for the amount of vitamins you recieve, but with that said this seems like the now adjusted price for these multi’s.
